The ads are OK as long as they don't overlap the search bar, like they sometimes do. 
I like the user-titles or web-pages idea though.  |

No adds would mean WE and the owner would NOT
hAVE a free site. The adds don't bug me anyway. But having our own customized pages would totally rock SS's world. SS is good how it is though.
I wouldn't mind my own special title though. | |

I'am gonna go for ' Personal Photo/art Gallery' and ' HTML signatures'. I don't find anything wrong with the ads. But the main page would look cleaner and load faster if there weren't any ads. For now, however, the ads aren't annoying compared to the heavy flash animated ones with sound... 
The gallery is already opened up and I think it is one of SS's greatest assets. The gallery has already been an attraction for me before I joined SS and now its become way better. It will surely attract more attention now. Since we have so many talented graphic makers over here, those members can get their Hi-res pictures from the gallery. And I've also seen brush packets and tutorials, so its a really good benefit for graphic-making crazy embers, lol. And the member galleries for fanart is really awesome! But the feedback given by members is a little less compared to the thread system of fanart (@_@)
HTML siggies will also be very cool! Only thing is that graphic stuff with HTML tags sometimes take a long time to load. And the dimensions of images may vary. But text based HTML signatures will be good. I see no problems with that. 
Customized pages would be nice. Users can customize their look of SS and feel comfy looking at it.
Oh well, those are my views. SS still rocks however it is! | |

That adds can be a bit annoying, but if they are keeping cost down, then I understand the need. I would also like the special title thing and even a special forum. But I also agree with those above that say SS is excellent the way it is!!!! | |
