A 15 second teaser for Half-Blood Prince was released with The Dark Knight in IMAX. Bearing in mind that the actual teaser trailer is due next month, what did you think?
Well, it's 15 second clip with one line of dialogue set to a black screen (which, incidentally, absolutely predestines it for IMAX in my opinion)... Pretty cool, definitely, but I think I'll wait for the actual teaser before needing a change of pants.
It was actually pretty cool, i enjoyed the sense of mistory and questions, i also liked the fact that it makes everyone realize that the actual movie isn't too far away, i can't wait till the real teaser comes out!

I wonder why it's taking so long for trailers to come out... look at twilight, that movie comes out in december and they have taken out two trailers already.. of course being a fan of both series I've been excited about twilight but really getting desperate to see some action in a trailer for Harry Potter.. but it was pretty cool to hear Dumbledore's voice at least...
I think WB is trying to torture us. That 15 second little promo is enough to drive me out of my mind because I want more! Hopefully, we will get more on Aug. 1st with The Mummy.

i think its pretty cool, given that its a teaser specifically for IMAX. it certainly has a very minimal and quite a matured approach to it, which is a perfect match to the movie it accompanies (The Dark Knight).

Is it the accent you have trouble with? Is it normally like that in the films too?
"Once again, my anticipation squandered by Warner Brother's bad promotions department." is what I would have Dumbledore say.
Seriously, Warner Brothers is ticking me off, because they all know we'll go see the movie anyways, so they're not promoting it at all.
Which is why I'm taking refuge in Twilight's amazing promotions department. They should all get raises, seriously.
It's better than nothing, but not much. I would have liked to have seen some cool shots or something, but I guess I don't really have that much longer to wait.
Booooo! I want a REAL teaser! This is the worst teaser I've ever seen in my life! To be honest I did get a tad excited when I first heard it but now it's just rubbish! I want some HBP clips!!
It was good, but some some new moving images from the film would have been great, especially after being teased with pictures for the past few months. Some kind of footage would have been great!
I think that a four months wait deserves a better trailer. Not at all worth it. The one line would have been better with at least showing Dumbledore actually saying it.
