No Quidditch playing
No Veelas
No Dobby/Winky
No Dursleys or Privet Drive
etc etc etc

all the way through to the movie up to no Boggart or Sphinx in the maze at the end, etc, etc.

Sigghhhh. As much as it was a visual spectacle, the serious editing of important subplots and characters is most disappointing to some fans of the novels like myself. Yes, it was a nice movie and well made, but it really should have been a 3 hour movie, with some more of the book's material included.

Just my two cents worth

It was so cool! Not that faithful to the books but it was still a fab film. I just hope the next one is just as good.

The film is brillant, but when I bought the DVD I didn't do my best when it came to bargain hunting. I bought just the film on DVD for 20$, when I could have bought the two disk for 20$. It makes me angry how I will never see the deleted scenes, but all for all the movie was brilliant (Even if they left out S.P.E.W, Dobby, and Rita as a bug)

I liked the film, when you don't compare it to the book. I don't think it was very close to the book, they cut loads out. But I still love the film, despite being slightly disappointed. I loved the extras too, with the Behind the Scenes, but I was a little disappointed that in the interviews only Dan, Rupert and Emma were interviewed! Where were the others?

I loved the behin-the-scenes and featurettes, but those games? I have nothing against putting games on a DVD, but the lay out was awful. I know a lot of people love them, but everytime my friends want to watch they use me as an example of how not to play them. And they could have used some more featurettes about the basic plot of the movie. This time the film was great, but the special features jumped around like crazy!

I love the DVD, but I think that PoA is better. GoF doesn't have all these interviews with the director and Jo and the minor actors.

I loved the movie, but was disappointed that they barely showed anything of the Quidditch game. I mean, the book makes it so great...and then they cut it off after getting to see Krum. And of course there are other deleted scenes that would be nice to have seen more than ones that were put in but...oh well. I hate editing for time....*grumbles*

Loved it! Was expecting more cast members to be interviewed, but 30 mins with Rupert, wasnt complaining! Also, the extras showing the three champions-brilliant. Robert= he was so funny. Love the sense of humour all the actors seem to have

Be careful renting the movie at blockbuster. The copy I got had no special features at all.

It was just alright. I wasn't amazed by it. It seemed like it was jumpy. It would jumpfrom one scene rapidily to another. It didn't even show Harry getting away from the Dursley's. i just like to see how fatter Dudleys getting, but still.......
