Why, hello! I'm Kiwi and I'm new here. I hope I've been doing everything right. I read all the procedures several times through hoping I'd do things correctly.
Anyways, let me give a little of my history...
I bumped into the online Harry Potter world by looking up Harry Potter in Google, and up popped all these websites for fanart. I started out on Artisticalley.org and marveled at all the art. Being 14, I looked up to all the artists. I wanted to draw like them! So I started posting my art there, hosting from deviantART.com.
At first, my art was far from worthy of looking at. Very crude and drawn horribly. I didn't get many comments or nice ones. I got discouraged and thought of quitting.
But over the past three years, I must say I've improved a lot. I am not yet where I want to be, and some may think that I still am no good. But I'm still improving, and I have improved a ton. And that's what matters to me.
