So I was going through the old Prisoner of Azkaban trailer and noticed the most peculiar thing.
On the following image, the top shot is what was in the trailer, the bottom shot was in the film.
It reveals the black covering that would cover the puppeteer's arm as they worked the shrunken head.
Funny Revealing mistake 
it looks a bit like the head is wearing a cool jacket
