Rules & Guidelines for the Game:1. This is a game, if you don't understand something and/or have a real question, go to the Questions & Answers thread in the Newbie Hut.
2. Only ask site-related quiz questions, the thread is called 'Quiz about the RULES' not about Harry Potter or anything else after all. If you need to get an answer to a question, please ask it in the Questions & Answers thread.
3. Post a question after your answer. If there is no question from the previous post, ASK A NEW ONE. Do not just keep answering the same question or spamming and saying stuff like '0mG th3reZ n0 q3sti0n!1!1!11' Reminder: Quote: Do not spam in this thread.

A certain amount of rule breaking will cause you to lose your membership and will not somehow work you onto the Gryffindor Quidditch team... contrary to precedents.
Topics that revolve around mature themes such as violence, gore or sex will not be permitted.

1. Go to your User CP (Control Panel)
2. Click on Edit Avatar in the side navigation panel
3. Then you can either choose from the many avatars provided by the site, or to use a custom avatar. To use a custom avatar, you can either paste the direct link (URL) in the first option or upload an avatar from your computer in the second option.
4. Save Changes, and if your avatar complies with SS Rules (100x100px and under 20kbs) everything should be set.
what is the maximum image size for avatars when you're a newbie member?

to receive a warning you must have broken one of the rules, such as posting pornographic image, spamming the boards, etc.
if you post an image, it may be rejected for what reasons?
