Do I have to be graduated before I can participate in the Ministry? And how can I join the Ministry?

To join the Ministry of Magic RP, all you need to do is apply for a job in the employment office. You do not have to participate in the Hogwarts RP before that. You can make up your character like he/she has already graduated and is in a job now.

OK then, I went to the employment office. But...it asked for my N.E.W.T grade. Is this simply made up like my "RP life"?

And, seeing the fact that there are many HP fans here in Vietnam, and there is no forum for Vietnamese-speaker here in SS, where can I request to open one? Or I can't? *puppy eyes*

For those special positions (teacher, moderator, etc.), the staff choose those who they think are capable of doing the job, those who follow the rules, are helpful to others, set a good example and (in the case of the school) attend class and do a good job roleplaying with others. One way to ensure you don't get a position is to ask for it. If the people who run the site want you you will be asked, so always do a good job and you may have your chance!

Yes, you just put the NEWT grade your character got (whatever grade you want. 0

grffindora: You CAN'T be in a house yet! Not until the next sorting which is this may. They'll have a very obvious announcement headlining the sorting. The next sorting is in May of the 12th and you will be asked questions through a link. Judging by your answers, you'll be put in a house a certain mod thinks you are supposed to be in. Hope that helps.

May 12th is the next sorting, once the sorting quiz is up, you may take it and be placed into a house.

Ive been reading some questions and Stuff,and I noticed that everyones apart of a a team from the Ministry of Magic.. Do I have to be sorted for to be a member

You have to be a member to be apart of the Ministry.
You have to be a member to be sorted into Hogwarts on 12/05.

Nope! Your only requirement is to be a member (have 10 posts or more). Then you can head to Level 8 of the Ministry and apply for a job!
