Unfortunately, you can be sorted only once, and must live with whatever decision the sorting hat makes. However, every house has something great and unique to offer and if that does happen, I'm sure you will grow to eventually love your house, as others have done, or at least like it! And if you don't, you can always express that when you RP in the school through your character. Quote:

It may take time for the icon to change and maybe even the colour of your username to change, but you become a member then. I hope that answered your question.

The system takes around half-an-hour on an average to make you a member after you get your first ten posts. Otherwise, people would join a RPG already in progress, which would make the new members confused. Also, at Hogwarts, the sorting takes place only once a year, between school years. | |

However, we do not require an email activation. Your account IS up and going. Once you reach the 10 required posts and are put into the "member" usergroup (approximately every 20 min. this happens, your name will turn Light Blue and will say "member" beneath it) you'll be able to go into your UserCP to change your email | |
