We have a word sensor here, so anything that comes out as **** is not allowed. We also do not allow you to substitute symbols as swear words, like *^*%^&!. If you ever get a word that is sensored, you must edit it out of your post. Then there are certain words that can only be used in the context of the characters in things like fan fictions. All this is discussed in the site rules.

Click on User CP (blue toolbar) and on the menu for the Control Panel, click on Group Memberships (near the bottom of the menu). There you'll see a list of the fan clubs, just mark the ones you want to join and click on join group.

You need to be active on the site. That means you have to take part in a lot of activities, be responsible etc. Please read the following topic:

Firstly, you will need to have become a member by making 10 posts on SS. After you have done so, you may click on the link that says USER CP, located on the blue bar above the navigation bar. Once you click on it, on the new page, find and click Edit Avatar. This will give you an option of choosing pre-defined avatars within SS. Choose from them, or upload your own. It depends on the traffic of the site. Since the change is done automatically. But it shouldn't matter since you've already been changed now!

The Newbie usergroup doesn't have that permission, however when you get to the Member usergroup an "edit" button will appear before the "quote", "multi-quote" and "quick reply" buttons. =]

The sorting ceremony is currently closed. Once you get 10 posts, when the sorting ceremony is open(which should be sometime in May or June), you have to take the sorting quiz, in which you need to mark off answers to a series of questions asked by SS. Once you've done so, the admins take a look at the answers and sorts you into the house that suits your choice the best.

The sorting occurs before the start of a new term. Each term lasts around 3 months, which means the sorting should also come in once around every three months.

That is because at the time you might have been a newbie. Now that you are a member, please try again. If you still can't access it, please contact one of the moderators, or administrators.

Like we have said in the previous posts in this thread - the exact date for the sorting hasn't been decided yet. It should be held sometime in the month of May or June. Check SS main page regularly to see if the exact date has been announced.
