First Year |  Were Rupert, Dan, and Emma the right picks for the trio?
I think they did a great job in all 8 films! The one thing I would change would be Rupe's and Dan's hair in the Goblet of Fire (in my house known as the bad hair movie). I think they were the right picks, granted I didn't see the other choices. Any other actors you can think of that would have done a good job?

Personally I think they did a great job portraying the trio in each of the movies. I'll have to agree with you on the hair thing, I think it was a little long, however they ended up cutting it so it didn't really bother me all that much. I'm not someone who knows a lot about actors/actresses so I would have to say that they were a great pick and I wouldn't pick anyone else.

An interesting question, how would we know. I think all concerned were amazed at how much Daniel Radcliffe looked like Harry Potter, that's why they wanted him.
I think Dan was the one who put it so well when asked about the fans, screaming that swirled around them wherever they went, he knew that it was the parts not the actors that the people were coming to see. Any actor chosen to play this trio, would have had the same affect as Dan, Emma and Rupert on the fans.
What was the question?? oh yes,
Dan, Emma and Rupert were perfect, we watched them grow up in these films and I'm sure a good many of you grew up with them.
I wish these stories had been around when my children were young. It is a very wonderful world.

I think that they were and are perfect for the roles that they were chosen for, also I agree with the people that say that if they had not been chosen for the roles we would not have known them. I am happy that we were introduced to these 3 especially Emma |

A few times I was annoyed by them, but they are awesome. These are the people I imagine when reading. So yes, they were ther ight picks. We have grown to really like them and I bet there are many who think of them as they read.

I like the casting. Dan's acting is not always the best, but it must be hard to play a character like Harry my only real problem about the trio is that from PoA onwards, Emma Watson is too pretty for Hermione

Other than that,yes I do believe they were the 3 perfect people for the trio. THey were amazing and worked so well with each other

All the way through they all did a fantastic job in their roles! I can imagine them being any different or any better! Dan was the only one I didn't like to begin with, but he really did an amazing job in the last two movies!
