ooo it's my topic! I personally think Sirius would have faked his death to stop the ministry chasing him. But Harry would think something crazy, for example that Sirius had faked his own death to get Harry out of his life. Harry usually thinks of crazy stuff like that... bless him... and that would mnake him very angry coz he'd feel rejected.

I think Harry would be too shocked and he wouldnt believe it.

I always imagined him sort of, standing still and then running away upstairs kinda thing...

I think he would be in shock at first, then really happy later. Except that he probably would never trust Sirius again, because he would think he did it deliberately to hurt him.

Oh jeese, i think he would think he was seeing things and then when he realized it was in fact Sirius, he would either faint, cry and hug sirius or just stand there and be shocked hahahah.

I think you could different reactions if he came back. Obviously, shocked at first. He may not believe it to start, because Dumbledore had told him repeatedly, "people can't come back from the dead". Even if he isn't really dead, still, shock is the first reaction along with disbelief. I think the worst time for Sirius to come back, though, would be during a battle. If he showed up by Harry's side as he's fighting a D.E. or Voldemort, it could result in a tragic ending. How crappy would that be: Sirius returns and Harry is too shocked, he does nothing and is killed by someone or they kill Sirius because their distracted and just want to hug.

^^ that would be awful, I think it would trigger some sort of hope in Harry's mind that Dumbledore might not be dead either, that would be BAD... very unhealthy for him psycologically... (sp?)

I think Harry would be too shocked and in a state of disbelief to be happy about his coming back. I know I would. I'd be kinda angry with him too, wondering if he could've come back sooner or something. But, after the shock went away I'm sure Harry would be just soo overjoyed that his Godfather came back.

He'd probably have trouble trusting Sirius again for quite a while, I wouldn't blame him, but he wouldn't hate Sirius forever, that would be silly! There were way too many commas in that sentence...

yup!!i think he'd be shocked but then his belief on Sirus would change a lot but i wonder if he thinks Sirus is a plan by DE what would he do???but i'd really happy for harry if Sirus came back!!

If you think about it, though, would it really be GOOD if Sirius came back? He was a big cause in Harry wanting to fight Voldemort and the other evils so hard. Not to mention, look at the rock from the Elder Wand, Rock, Cloak trio thing. When that one guy brought back the woman he was in love with, it just wasn't the same. Even though, if Sirius came back in a case like this, he'd be "normal," don't all things happen for a reason? I think Harry was made into a stronger man when he died... maybe it was good that way.

Harry would probably be filled with such mixed emotion that he wouldn't know what to do or say. He would be joyful at first, then angry, hurt, and happy once again.

I think he would be extremely happy, but he knows that Sirius truly died and can't return, he finally accepted that fact.

I wonder if Harry ever took the time as an adult to try and contact Sirius. Either through a picture or some sort of spell.

I don't think so, Harry moved on from that stage, remember he had to truly master death, so he had to understand and move on.
