|  ~ Patil Twins Comic Book Competition ~
Hello everyone. I have a new competition for you. I just got permission from Mischa to open this thread and bring some more fun to this forum.
As the Patil twins Personal Artist I decided to draw a comic book for our fave twins, the problem is, that I'm not much of a writer. That's where you come in. What I want you to do is write a chapter for the comic book and send it to me. Then I'll post all the entries here and members will get to vote for the one they like the most. Then I'll draw the chapter that wins into a comic.
Easy enough isn't it.
Every competition has rules and so has this one.
RULES:
~All SS rules apply
~ It has to be about the Patil Twins
~ Other characters are allowed, otherwise it won't be a fun story
~ It can't be too long
~ You can send as many entries as you want, as long as they are all different
~You have to vote for ONE entry
~ All ENTRIES and VOTES must be PMed to me

Ok, the first competition is going to be this way. I give you a drawing with the first line and you'll have to write something based on that.
Here's the drawing (it's not finished and the may look different in the finished result, but forget that)
So the first line of your chapter should be:
Cho: Padma, wait. I wanted to ask you something.
Deadline is 4th March.

Don't worry. i'll put up the next one soon. I can't make it a monthly thing,cause it takes time to draw it, but I think it'll be every three month.
Ok, so here are the etries: Quote: Entry #1:
Cho: Padma, wait. I wanted to ask you something.
Padma *turning around*: Oh, hiya, Cho. What’s up?
Cho: Have you seen Ron anywhere?
Padma: That oddly freckled boy who went to the Yule Ball with me? No, how come you’re looking for him?
Cho: Harry’s worried about him. Last time he saw him, Ron was hanging upside down from a tree.
Padma: What?! You’re kidding, right?
Parvati [coming from behind]: No, she isn’t. The idiot tried to make a Draught of Piece and ended up making an isntant turn-into-an-idiot potion.
Padma: Um – and he actually drank it?
Cho [rolling her eyes]: Yeah, he thought it just had to be right.
Padma: Oh.
Parvati: Well, what do we do? ‘Cause Harry’s dead worried.
Padma: How about just leaving him hanging there, upside down?
Parvati: Yeah, sure. I mean, why not? Great idea, sis.
[She calls out]
Hey, Harry! Hey!
Harry [coming up, looking all hopeful]: Figured out an antidote yet?
Parvati: No, I’m afraid not. But Padma has come up with an awesome suggestion.
Cho: Yeah, best suggestion anyone’s given us so far.
Harry [very enthusiastically]: What is it, then?
Padma: Err ..... Leave him hanging upside down. He can come down when he wants to, you know.
Harry [all excitedly]: Now why didn’t I think of it before? Good work, Padma. I so agree!
Padma [beaming]: You do?
Harry: Sure.
[Ron suddenly comes up to them, his hair all messed up.]
Parvati, Padma, Cho and Harry: Hiya, Ron. Feeling any better?
Ron: *giggle* Harry, I can see stars.
Harry: Uh-uh. Did you fall down?
Ron: Yup. *giggle* Romilda Vane helped me up.
Parvati: Oh-oh. *mutter* Here we go again.
Ron: *giggle* Harry, do you know what?
Harry: Umm … no, Ron. I don’t.
Ron: I asked her out. To the Shrieking Shack.
Harry [mouth dropping open]: You WHAT, Ron?
Ron: I asked Romilda out to the Shrieking Shack.
Harry: And *gulp* what did she say?
Ron: She said yes, of course.
[Romilda appears in the distance.]
Ron: Hey Romildaaaaaaaa! Wait up, baby.
[He runs after her and they both disappear from view.]
– Silence –
Parvati: Err, shouldn’t we go and, urmm, rescue him or something?
Padma [mumbles]: Yeah .... I guess so.
Harry: Are you crazy?!
Cho [raising her eyebrows]: What do you mean?
Harry: Come on, let him have his fun, girls.
Parvati [excitedly]: You mean leave him with Romilda?
[Harry nods.]
Parvati, Padma and Cho: *stare-stare*
[They all shrug and take a few steps forward, only to find Ron hanging upside down from another tree. Romilda is trying to get him to come down.]
Romilda: Ronald Weasley! Come down this instant or I’ll turn you into a flying kitten!
Ron: Later, baby. This is f-u-u-u-u-u-n.
– Silence again –
Harry: Umm .... So, who wants an icecream?
Parvati: I’m in.
Padma: Me too.
Cho: Me three.
– Half an hour later –
Parvati: Yumm, this vanilla coated chocolate sundae sure is delicious, Harry.
Cho: Yeah, it is. Thanks, Harry!
Padma: So is my strawbe – Hey, guys, look! There goes a flying kitten.
[They all look out of the window, suddenly realize what’s going on, and stare outside uneasily.]
Harry: Uhh …. Yeah. How, um, awesome is that, umm ....
[Everyone is quiet for several rather uncomfortable minutes.]
Parvati [suddenly]: Anyone wants to go look for kitty treats?
Harry, Padma and Cho [together]: Sure. Let’s go!
– The End –

Padma: No. I’ll find time to do it after Lunch.
(During a snowball fight)
Harry: Padma, have you completed your Potions homework yet?
Padma: No. I’ll find time to do it after this snowball fight here.
(Two hours after the snowball fight)
Hermione: Padma, have you completed your Potions homework yet?
Padma: No. I’ll find time to do it before going to bed.
(At bedtime)
Dreamy Luna: Padma, have you completed your Potions homework yet?
Padma: No. I’ll find time to do it after at breakfast.
(At breakfast)
Parvati: Padma, have you completed your Potions homework yet?
Padma: No. I’ll find time to do it before class.
(In Class)
Snape: Miss Patil, have you completed your Potions homework?
Padma: Errr …
(In a room Padma is serving detention. She is completing her homework.
Cho and Parvati are outside. They both stare at each other.)
Cho: Well, she did say she’d find time to do it ….
And she seems to have done just that!
