Hi!

This is the presiden of the Afshan Azad & Shefali Chowdhury Fan Club. The reason I'm PMing you is to let you know that we are doing a scrapbook for each of the girls. I really would love for every member to take part in this. It's really not that hard.

Each member are doing two pages for the scrapbook. You can include whatever you like but please keep it PG! Here are some examples of things: poems, drawings, graphics, pictures of yourself if you want. It's up to you.

It's basically a fan scrapbook, one for Afshan and one for Shefali. Also, Afshan's b-day is approaching and I posted in the FC that I will have one page where I will post birthday wishes made of graphics. You can have the graphics made here by our awesome SS graphic makers.

Please, PM me back and let me know if you are going to do something. I really would love if every member send a page for the scrapbook. If you don't want to do two pages you can do one. It's up too you! Thanks!

I really would like to have it before Feb. rolls in, but the sooner the better. You can have one of the SS graphic makers here at SS make something also for the special b-day page for afshan. For example, I had Gracie make this for my cousin's b-day:

But, you can just include your b-day wishes for Afshan in your page if you like. Remember, you can include anything you like. Poems, songs, pics, drawings, um a collage of your fave band or movies, ah, whatever you want! it's your page! Just keep it PG! love ya lots! kisses! *muahz

This time, it’s a Song/ Poem/ Cheer competition, so whip out your pens and pen down your entries right away. And the theme? You guessed it – Valentine’s Day && Love.

So, what exactly are you waiting for? A maximum of two entries can be PM’ed to PP2FC Activity Officer Aslyn [AutumnSun] before the 25th of February, 2007.

Time for another announcement, huns, and possibly my last, official one as the PP2FC VP. You might have noticed that, lately, I have not exactly been very active in the Palace, thanks to a mixture of Finals, falling grades in Mathematics, a hectic routine at school, and a very, VERY busy schedule in general. The PP2FC really needs someone more active and involved as its Vice President, and so I'm leaving the post of the Palace VP.

Mischa will probably make a more official announcement soon. I would just like to say that I really, really enjoyed my time as VP here. It was awesome to ~~spam~~ post around with your guys. The very best of luck to the soon-to-be VP. Hope you guys continue to have oodles of Patil-ish fun in the PP2FC. I'll miss y'all loads. Hope to catch you around the Palace, sometime. Muah. <3

We have a bit of problem that pertains to the Forum rules here on SS for the FCs. I received this PM in my inbox today:

Please make sure and read the New Fan Club Rules which were posted back in March stating that each fan club with a forum must have a discussion thread set up for their character or actor. If the rules are not followed, then the fan club will loose their forum and will return to a thread under the character/actor forums.

If you have any questions on anything, please feel free to ask myself, Mad Eye Touz, Mamuskaleonetti, or Taking Back Kirstie. We will be more than happy to help you.

So, it looks like we're going to get our forum taken away if we don't do this discussions things. I'll make up a long list of discussions for each month and post them up. Anyone is welcome to include their topics as well. I'm just doing this now because we'll have a list going for the end of the year. I'll post it all up in the discussion sign-up thread. I'll also go an open discussion two for us.

Fanclub Fanfic

The month of July is just around the corner and we need a little help to kick off the celebration. It’s time to put on your Thinking Cap and gather your black rimmed Harry Potter glasses for a month of fun and writing. Being part of the Snitchseeker Fan Clubs, the Admins and Mods have come up with a bit of fun with spectacular roles for all Fan Club members to enjoy and take part in.

As you know, Deathly Hallows is the seventh and final novel from the Harry Potter series. What if you, the members, could write the final book the way you see it or the way you would like it to end? Well, the time has come to hear your side of the story as told by your favorite Fan Club character in ‘Fanclub Fanfic’.

What we need from the Fan Clubs right now is for you, as a team, to agree on a topic or storyline for your character. You may participate in more than one Fan Club, it is all up to you, just as long as you have fun. Start a thread within the characters forum or have a discussion in the thread and have everyone post their thoughts and contributions to the story, to see where the novel would start and end.

Hey Everyone!

I have some news for you here; I will not be on SS for 2 weeks. I'm leaving for NYC on Sunday; this is a bit short noticed for me as well, seeing that I said I would be heading to NYC. We got a call from my aunt and my dad said his uncle had passed away, so we have to fly out to NY on Sunday. I'll try to see if I can get on SS, maybe when I'm at my cousin's house. That's not a promise tho; I'm not walking with my laptop this time. I'll see you guys when I get back; keep the club active and going. I'll try to get on if I can. Love you lots! Kisses! *Muahz!*

Please keep it spam free as we will be using the questions elsewhere on the site and a clean thread is easier to work with than a dirty one. Once you believe to have enough questions and are ready to turn them in, please send them to me, LadyNerd, and I will take care of them and get them to the proper place for more fun and excitement.

Try and have as many short answers as possible so that it makes it easier on the members who are playing to type in the answers. If it is something that is slightly long or hard speller, create tips such as this:

With actors, please keep their questions pertaining to the Harry Potter movies only, whether it is something that happened on the set or something that was different from books to movie

2. Right now, until the fan clubs can be revived with activity once again, the Request thread will be closed until further notice. I feel that there is no need to add another club when the ones we have need a little push towards being active again. I will make another announcement when they are ready to be opened.
