What do u think of Harry dieing in the 5th book and Professor Umbridge being a live? What do think about Harry might dieing in the 7th book? What do think about in the very last page that Harry either has to be the victiem or the murder? either way Harry loses all the people he love's in life |

At the end of Book Three, doesn't Hermione drop a class so she doesn't have to use the time turner. I'm sure they made her give it back... and that would be cheap, to keeping saving characters using the same device. Not that I didn't want ** to survive, he is my favorite character afer all.

Even if they had got the Time Turner back and gone back to rescue ***, then don't you think their past self will see them?
The rule of the Time Turner is that you mustn't be seen or else you will end up attacking yourselves. So I don't think **** can be rescued in that way.

Awww..I didnt know he died..thanks for spoiling it! You shouldnt have made 'Who cried when Sirius died' as the title..because it appears under 'Latest Posts' and it completely ruins it for everyone who doesnt know. Maybe show a bit of consideration, okay

I was in the middle of the class when i read it. I sat there and just cried and now I'm sure everyone thinks I ought to be locked up but I couldn't help it! I'd been prepping myself for hagrid, or Mrs Weasley....and now this....God, even now I'm in grief...
Pathetic eh?

The time-turner was also under strict control of the Ministry- didn't Prof McGonagall have to give special reasons so that Hermione could use it? I can't see the Ministry granting usage of it to get back Sirius, who is- in their eyes- an escaped and dangerous dark wizard. That would lmean the only option would be to steal the device.
We'll have to wait and see what JK's grand plan for the death storyline is. I'm sure it serves a greater purpose than is seen in this book.

Well, it could be possible if they used the invisibility cloak. Then they could stun Bellatrix, say Stupify under their breath or something. Though I don't think they're gonna. Cause it could mess up a lot in the future.

My friend had spoiled it for me before I even got the book > so the entire way through I was just bracing myself for it. Then I got to the part, and it really didn't affect me that much, probably because it just seemed to come out of nowhere, and was ALL up to chance. (What if Sirius wasn't standing in front of the veil, what if he had been facing the other way so he could see Dumbledore was there, etc.) The next morning I reread the part, and I felt so hollow, this feeling I get only when I'm REALLY upset about something, and either have no strength to cry or am getting ready to. Five minutes later I was sobbing, and then the hollow feeling returned for the next several days.
This coming from the person who hardly ever cries in real life, at the movies, or over a book.
Sad commercials are a different story though.

I knew who had died even before the book came out. I was so shocked that my friend was constantly waving her hands before my eyes to see whether I was still alive. Then when I read the book, I cried like heck. I never ever expected him to die. I thought it could be someone unimportant, like Uncle Vernon

It goes along with the whole "Do what's right, not what's easy" theme Rowling's got going doesn't it? I mean, they could just easily go back 16 years in time and not make Peter the secret-keeper. But it'd muck up history and it's too rash, I guess ... Though I would love nothing more than to see Sirius back.
