Ravenclaw The thing brushing past Harry's leg?
When Dumbledore is about to leave Hogwarts and Umbridge, the minister, Kingsley, Percy and more are standing in Dumbledore's office. Harry feels something brushing past his leg and sees Kingsley whispering. But what is it that he feels? that wasn't clear to me.

I took it to be the memory spell that affects Marietta. Kingsley casts it at her so she can't tell the truth and get all the DA busted. Harry feels it rushing past him, as has been described about other spells in the books - that you can actually feel the energy moving.
