In Ootp Harry receives a letter about his hearing. Then, Petunia received a howler. Who was that from?What did it say?Any idea?

The letter was from Dumbledore, to remind Petunia about the responsibility she accepted when she allowed Harry to live with them.

I don't understand either. I mean, "Remember my last"? I can't see that relating to responsibility of taking in Harry. When I re-read it, to me, it sounds like it has to be Snape. I mean, it would have to be some one she knows.

It was from Dumbledore. And "remember my last" means remember the last letter I sent you - which was about accepting responsibility for Harry.

It was from dumble dor. In the sixth book dumbledoor says to petunia, "We've corresponded," or somehting like that. And harry thinks its an interesting way to remind her that he sent her an exploding message.
