Do you think that Ginny got jealous when she found out that Harry had kissed Cho?

No. Given Ginny's attitude, and what we saw of her character in Ootp, I have to say I don't think she got jealous, just...heartbroken. Poor Ginny *glomps Ginny* she isn't over Harry, as I always argue...grrr...she's not, you never stop loving your first love, you just don't. I've always argued, there is a reason we hear about it from Hermione and not Ginny's own mouth... there is room for *looses patience* It's hearsay and therefore inadmissible in court. Anyways, that's what I argue, that you never forget your first love...but she's also dating Michael Corner isn't she? So yeah, it's not like she wasn't exactly not having any fun. << *translated from double negative* Ginny was having fun.

I think a part of her would have felt...you've never loved me, you'll never love me...but she was with Michael...I don't remember was their dating pre-kiss (Harry/Cho's) or post?

Of course if Ginny knew how well the kiss went... Well then she might be "You got what you deserved you obnoxious git, you should be with me!"

I think Harry has got over Cho since ha did not feel anything wen he found out tt Cho was going out wif Michael Corner....
Ithink his feelings for Ginny will last juz as Ginny's has lasted soo long.....

i have to say no because Ginny dosent SEE harry kiss her she probaly over hears that it has happend. but i think that she puts away her feeligns for harry in OOTP

There were no signs in the book to indicate that she was jealous, but she probably was a little. Nothing dramatic just probably a little uncompfortable.

Well, we found out at the end of HBP that Ginny has 'given up' but never 'got over' Harry. She always liked him, and still does, however I don't see her as the jelous type. Bonnie recently said that she always saw Ginny's crush as something that she didn't think Ginny saw as a reality, just something that every girl has. The old saying of 'never really getting over childhood crushes' is true in this case.
The thing that makes me think against this is that in OotP, during the scene in the library, Ginny offered to help Harry reunite with Cho. Based on what we now know it shows how selfless she was being for Harry's happiness, a great characteristic. So, I think she was upset to a certain extent, but was willing to put her feelings aside for him, something very sweet.

Yah, That's a better point. But, I still don't think she'd mope and groan just because he didn't like her the way he liked Cho at the time.

I think when she heard that from Hermione, She was alittle jealous and sad but as her being a new Ginny different from Ginny's character in book 1,2,3 She just held her feelings and forget all the matter.

I don't think that Ginny is the flip out moody broody type. So I don't think she was jealous. I think she knew that she needed to bakc off Harry and give him space. She is a very mature character in a lot of ways. I think she has always known in her heart that the time would eventually be right..

I think that Ginny did get jealous if she heard about the kiss. She always liked Harry although she never showed it or anything except in COS. Hermione told her just to be herself around Harry and she was from then on even though she still liked him. And I would be jealous if that happened to me. So yeah I think she was jealous. I hope that wasn't a spoiler

Yeah. Harry and Cho were never going to work. And Ginny and Harry go together so nicely. They're just like Lily and James!

No, I don't think she'd get very jealous. There may be a slight inkling of jealousy, but besides that, none. I mean, she's had quite a bit of experience of her own so she can't blame Harry for kissing Cho once!

I think she got some kind of reaction, but I would not tell it was jealousy *( sp). Maybe she did or maybe she did not, in fact she was with Michael Corner , wasn't she. He was her boyfriend so .

I think that ginny did get a little jealous but still i think that she had more feelings for micheal corner, i think that she just liked harry because of his bravery

I don't think Ginny would get really get jealous about it,and it wouldn't be fair if she did,seeing as she snogged more people than Harry has. Of course, she probably was a little bit jealous,but not any more than you or I would. After all,they're teenagers,so it's really not a huge deal(usually).

I don't think she was jealous..i believe she was sad, and with the feeling that harry was never going to love her. Cho is beautiful, to years older than her. Of course, she was feeling bad...but not jealous,,

I don't know if Ginny was jealous over that particular incident, but I see her doing it alright. She whines and complains. Just don't like her and I dread to know what she is going to do next.

No. I think Ginny's a really understanding character-she's a lot more feeling than one would imagine. So I think that when she found out, she might have been slighly surprised, maybe a bit upset, but not jealous.
