No, they won't take out the kiss because 1) that's a vital part of the plot which builds the whole connection between Cho and Harry and 2) it would be ridiculous to sort of prepare Dan for Harry's first kiss ever, make a big deal about it, put it in the trailers, and then not have in the movie itself.
And yeah, I agree with some other people, Grimmauld Place will probably be one of the biggest places that gets cut drastically since there's not much plot moving events going on other than maybe the first meeting of the Order Harry sees--or rather hears of and such. And I honestly don't think there'll be much of Harry's "Supplied By Teenage Hormones" rant when they're at Grimmauld Place. Even if there is, it'll probably start near the end of his rant, and then go on to a point where he's calmer.

i think the cleaning of the Grimmauld place will be cut in the film and some scenes from the Quidditch, except for the "Weasley is our King!" hymn. hehe...
Can't wait to see this movie, this possibly be a 3hr movie, right!

I don't know! I was so upset when POA and GOf came out and they had cut so many important parts. OOTP was one of the biggest books in this series and that means that they probaly will cut a lot of the details. They will also embelish on main topics adding nonsense just to appeal to the fans. That is the fans of the movies and not the ones that have read the books. It sucks, but I will still go see it because I am a die hard HP fan.

To be honest you never know what to exspect from an HP film. They cut so much from the film that is in the book you really dont know what to exspect when you actually go see the movie.

I think they cut too much out of OOTP. It was way too short, and because of that a lot of things weren't explained. Yeah. I was disappointed.
