Default Missing things from the book
I was a bit disappointed when I watched the OOTP because there were a few missing parts that should have been in there. One of those was when Ron fell into the tub of brains and he was goin' kinda loopy. Anyone else agree?

I agree. There is also all the other rooms they went into in the Department of Mysteries before they went into the room where it all happens.

I agree. They also let out the part with the two-way mirror, which I think is quite disappointing because it was useful in DH.

It was horribil becose they messed this one up the next movie will have bacicly no meaning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you dissagree with me just say it it is hard to afennd me! (sorry I get A++++++++++'s in drama)

Mmmm agreed.

I think the worst thing they did is missed out the Dumbledore-Harry office scene at the end. I don't know how they could miss (most of) it out. It was one of the most powerful parts of the book (2nd to Sirius' death).
I hope in Deathly Hallows they will stop relying on SFX and start focusing on the storyline.

I was dissapointed a lot they left out soo many things like...

1) most of the department of mysteries scenes like when ron fell into the tub of brains lol

2) Quidditch

3) Harry/Dumbledore talk at the end of the book

4) S.P.E.W

5) the tower scene while they were doing their O.W.Ls

Yeah--I didn't like that they didn't put in the SPEW scenes, or the OWLs scenes. Those were rather disappointing. (Thanks for pointing that out, Harrypotter4ever.) I also didn't like that they left out Harry throwing things in Dumbledore's study. That would have been a sight to see.

There were so many missing parts, but you have to think that to include them all would have made the movie seven hours long at least. For movies the have to follow a main plot and skip all the subplots. It's unfortunate.
