I don't know you, but I hope Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley) gets her deserved part in OotP and we can finally see coming romance between Harry and she. Directors can do foreshadowings so why not for Ginny? What do you think?

I'm with you. The director should give her more role in OOTP. She really was observed in this book by her courage and her strong character. But I think they will concentrate on Harry and Cho thing...( Noooooooo ) If I were the director, I could put at the end of the movie a hint about Harry and Ginny's romance..

I want Bonnie to be put in the film more but I dont want her to because I hate her character. I think she deserves it but I just don't like ehr character so .. *shrugs* it doesn't bother me either way.

i think we will see more of her in Ootp...since we know what is to come...but i don't think they will be anything like the Ron and Hermione moments.

Yeah, nothing will be like Ron and Hermione... But Ginny was always there, I mean in the books. So the fifth movie should be her like saying 'I was always here'. LoL

Do you really hate her? I wouldn't think someone hate her. You must have a reason with saying that. Anyway, Ginny always seemed the most um... 'lovely' character to me.

If I were the director, Ginny was the most cool girl in the Hogwarts.

They'll definitely have to have Bonnie in the movie because of all the stuff with the ministry at the end of the book, she's there with them and we sorta see her as more of her own person than just Ron's little sister. And there's the hint about Ginny/Harry when they're on the train home at the end of the year.

i'm not that gone on Ginny as a character either in the books anyway...i warmed to her a lot more in the films because of Bonnie....she seemed really friendly and down to earth and played a good part in CoS although we never really saw her in PoA all she said was "The fat Lady, She's gone!".........

I have to admit that Bonnie significantly made me love Ginny. I think I imagined her while I read the books. She showed her innocent face us in the second film and I really wonder how she would play not so innocent Ginny in OotP.

it isnt as if they can write new sceans for her can they.. they just have to go with what Jo wrote..

There isnt any blosing roomance for harry and GInny in OOTP they just all as a group spend more time together.. i.e DA

I don't think the directors expected H/G otherwise they would've included her a bit more perhaps in PoA. As it is there was only one small reference to her crush in CoS. From the looks of things she has a bigger role in GoF; she's in a scene by the lake and helps Ron 'recover' after he's asked Fleur out. But OotP really is when she starts coming out of herself.

It's odd because JK said that Kloves was prepared for the ships, and essentially Ginny's character has always been more prominant in the scripts, but always ended up being edited out. Her roles was much larger in CoS, but it was all cut out. And she was more prominant in PoA script aswell, but again it was cut. It's more the directors, and less Kloves, who failed in foreshadowing H/G.
Now that HBP has been released we may see OotP having a hint of a love triangle between Harry, Cho and Ginny; but then again they may be expecting to have the 'I've always liked you' plot twist in HBP movie. Either way, seeing the actions in HBP, we can expect to see her prominant in OotP.

i can't wait to see more of Bonnie, not because i like the character of Ginny, but because i like Bonnie i think she is a really promising new English actress along with Emma Watson! and i hope we see alot more of them in the future

Of course they can't write scenes for her. But we all know R/H foreshadowing went very well in the films even before Jo wrote. And we loved it. So why not for H/G?

Besides, there don't have to be a blosing romance in OotP, I think there have to be more Bonnie, I mean Ginny. You know the books are point of Harry so the films are. So how much Ginny appears in Ootp, we can call it foreshadowing. It may sound a bit complex though that's my opinion.

see no because it isnt in the book! guys the films are the books not what fans want to see! i agree bonnie is a good actress but there is no love blossimg between her and harry in HBP she just comes out of her self

^yeah, we won't see it because it's from Harry's point of veiw, and he didn't realise until book 6 and even then in the beginning he denied it said it was brotherly love!!

yah that was screwed that the director didnt have more lines for her obviously she deserves more! instead of the fat lady shes gone! I think her character was cool! but sometimes she got a bit frisky and tough thats good they protray hermonie in PoA all dam preppy i mean the line is that really wat my hair looks like at the back? i was like wtf!? and when she toppled on harry in a girlir voice oh iam srry i was like grrr wtf please!,,,,,......... i like ginny a whole lot better in the movies!

^i prefer the Hermione in POA i think she's at lot more entertaining from a film point of view, the hermione in the books is a little annoying.

Anyway, hoping to see more of Bonnie in GOF, at least we know shes at the yule ball with Neville

I totally agree. But the film are visual. If Ginny apears in the film that doesn't mean they're adding stuff.

Well, we know Bonnie will be in the quidditch scenes, a scene where Ron, Hermione and Ginny confront Harry and the Yule Ball. I doubt there will be any H/G shipping moments in GoF, Kloves was unaware of the ship pre-HBP when it was being made. OotP will most probably work of bringing Ginny and Luna's characters closer into the spot light, because Harry, Ron, Hermione and Neville seem to be well built.
