yeah Im doing the same with Half-Blood Prince. I want to get into filmmaking when i get older too.

Ok first part...it's a bit different than the book, but I think it's how it needs to be done.

FADE IN:

EXT. PARK – NIGHT

England. HARRY swings of a squeaking swing set. DUDLEY and some friends walk by.

FRIEND
See you later, Dud.

DUDLEY
Yeah, see you later.

Harry jumps off swing set and walks over to Dudley.

EXT. NIGHT - STREETS

HARRY
So, Dudders, who did you beat up tonight?

DUDLEY
Mark Evans. He cheeked me.

Harry and Dudley turn down a side street. It gets darker and two dementors swoop down on Dudley. Harry stumbles and pulls out his wand.

HARRY
Expecto Patronum!

A stag bursts out of Harry’s wand and chase the two dementors away. Dudley is unconscious. Harry carries Dudley home.

INT. HOUSE – NIGHT

Harry drags Dudley into the house. PETUNIA SCREAMS. VERNON and Petunia converge on Harry and Dudley.

VERNON
What happened to my son?

HARRY
He was attacked by a couple of dementors?

VERNON
A couple of what?

PETUNIA
Dementors. They guard Azkaban.

Everyone stares at Petunia. She gasps.

PETUNIA
I heard that boy telling her ages ago.

Somebody KNOCKS on the door. Vernon opens the door. LUPIN is standing there with MOODY and MOLLY WEASLEY behind him.

LUPIN
We’re here to collect Harry.

VERNON
Who are you?

LUPIN
My name is Remus Lupin. I was one of Harry’s professors at Hog-

VERNON
Quiet! Get inside! Quick now!

Vernon ushers the three visitors inside.

MOODY
As Remus said, we’re here for Harry.

VERNON
He’s not going anywhere! He needs to tell me what happened to my son!

HARRY
I already did! He got attacked by a couple of-

VERNON
And what do they do?

MOODY
They suck the soul out of you.

PETUNIA
Did they get Dudley?

LUPIN
You would know if they had. Ennervate.

Lupin pulls out a bar of chocolate and hands it to the now alert Dudley. Dudley crawls away from him.

LUPIN
I’d eat that if I were you. It will calm your nerves.

MOLLY
Now Harry dear, why don’t you go grab your things? Also, have your broom ready.

Harry nods and leaves the room.

REMUS
We’ll take him for the summer.

good job!

yeah i also think that the scene where the Order members pick-up Harry would be consisting just Lupin (oohh can't wait to see him again *swoon*), Moody and Tonks.

Well from what we know *shifty* the Advance Guard scenes are getting filmed (the producers were reportedly getting permission to fly over themajor London landmarks, shots which would only be suitable for said scenes) so I think Tonks will be in that. They're also casting Kingsley who features in those scenes too. I've also heard word from some sources of the weight of Luna's role in the film...though my hands are tied. PM me for more.

EXT. SKY – NIGHT

Harry, Molly, Lupin and Moody are all flying on brooms.

HARRY
Where exactly are we going?

LUPIN
Headquarters, Harry. Here it is.

EXT. STREET - NIGHT

The four land and Moody hands Harry a small piece of paper.

MOODY
Read it.

Harry looks at the piece of paper which reads “The Headquarters of the Order of the Phoenix are located at Number 12, Grimmauld Place.” A house emerges.

MOLLY
Hurry inside dear. You go first.

INT. HOUSE - NIGHT

Harry walks in. TONKS pokes her head out of the kitchen.

TONKS
They’re here everybody.

MOLLY
Ron and Hermione are waiting for you in the kitchen, Harry. Don’t worry, we’ll get your stuff.

Harry enters the kitchen. Tonks holds out her hand. ARTHUR, HERMIONE, RON, GEORGE, and FRED greet Harry.

TONKS
Nice to meet you Harry, I’m Tonks.

HARRY
Nice to meet you, Ms. Tonks.

TONKS
Just Tonks, Harry.

ARTHUR
Harry, did you by any chance perform magic tonight?

HERMIONE
It’s so good to have you back.

ARTHUR
Harry, did you by any chance perform magic tonight?

HARRY
Yes.

HERMIONE
Harry!

ARTHUR
The ministry knows. You’ve got a hearing on the sixth of August.

RON
What happened?

HARRY
Two dementors attacked my cousin and me. I had to ward them off.

ARTHUR
You should be alright then Harry. Self-defense in life threatening situations is within the rules.

SIRIUS enters the room.

SIRIUS
Welcome to my home Harry.

INT. ATTIC – DAY

Sirius and Harry lay against BUCKBEAK in the attic.

HARRY
So, what exactly is the Order of the Phoenix?

SIRIUS
It’s a secret society. Dumbledore’s in charge, he founded during the last war. Your parents were in it.

HARRY
Who all is in it?

SIRIUS
There are a lot of people. Tonks, the Weasleys, Lupin, myself, Mad-eye, Dumbledore, of course. Also, Snape.

HARRY
Snape?

SIRIUS
Dumbledore claims we can trust him, and we all trust Dumbledore.

HARRY
Still, it’s Snape.
SIRIUS
I don’t like him either Harry.

The door opens and Hermione pokes her head in.

HERMIONE
Lunch is ready.

She leaves. The door opens a minute later. Sirius stands up. KREACHER is attempting to drag a tapestry out of the room.

SIRIUS
Kreacher! Leave that!

Kreacher leaves.

HARRY
Who was that?

SIRIUS
Kreacher. The family house-elf. He likes dragging off old family belongings. Looks like he went for the family tapestry this time.

Sirius unrolls the tapestry. He motions as he mentions names.

SIRIUS
Our whole family tree. My brother Regulas. My sister Bellatrix. My other sister, Narcissa. She married Lucius Malfoy.

HARRY
You’re related to the Malfoy’s?

SIRIUS
I’m afraid so.

HERMIONE (OS)
Are you two coming?

SIRIUS
Come on, Harry.

This is so awsome!

LOL Ms. Tonks?! OMG! This is ttly awsome!

Chapter 7: Complete

EXT. STREET – DAY

Harry and Arthur stand outside a phone booth. Arthur looks around. He opens the door to the booth. He and Harry enter.

ARTHUR
In here quickly, Harry.

INT. PHONE BOOTH – DAY

Arthur punches in the number 6-2-4-4-2. A voice comes from the receiver.

VOICE (OS)
Welcome to the Ministry of Magic. Name and business please.

ARTHUR
Arthur Weasley. I work here.

HARRY
Harry Potter. I’m here for a Hearing.

VOICE (OS)
Thank you. Visitor, please attach the badge to your robes.

A badge appears in the coin chute. The phone booth suddenly dives into the ground.

INT. Ministry of Magic – DAY

Harry stumbles out of the phone booth. Arthur walks out behind him. The two pass a fountain with a wizard, witch, goblin, centaur and house elf. Harry and Arthur enter an elevator. Arthur presses a button and the elevator starts to move.

ARTHUR
Your hearing is down in old courtroom ten. They haven’t used it for years.

The elevator stops and opens.

VOICE (OS)
Department of Mysteries.

A door is at the end of the hallway. Arthur turns before they reach it and Harry follows. Before them is an old wooden door.

ARTHUR
Good luck, Harry.

INT. COURTROOM – DAY

Harry enters the courtroom. It is the same courtroom he saw in the Pensieve the previous year. On a panel sits FUDGE, UMBRIDGE, AMELIA BONES and PERCY as well as about 30 other people. In a chair sits DUMBLEDORE. Harry takes a seat next to him.

FUDGE
Harry James Potter, it has been identified that you conjured a patronus charm on the night of August the third. Is this true?

HARRY
Yes.

FUDGE
Then I think we need not hold this hearing.

HARRY
I did it because of the dementors!

AMELIA BONES
Dementors? What do you mean?

HARRY
There were two dementors down that alleyway!

AMELIA BONES
Minister, did we not lose trace of two dementors the night of August the third?

FUDGE
We did, but does that even matter? The boy is a criminal!

DUMBLEDORE
You will find, Cornelius that it does matter. Even underage wizards are allowed to protect themselves in a dangerous circumstance.

FUDGE
Do not state the law to me, Albus.

AMELIA BONES
The short disappearance of the dementors does coincide with the spell. I see no need for further discussion. Let us vote. All in favor of clearing the witness of all charges?

More than half of the people raise their hands.

AMELIA BONES
And those in favor of conviction?

Around a dozen of the members raise their hands, including Fudge, Umbridge and Percy.

AMELIA BONES
Cleared of all charges.

Hey that is good. I wouldn't want to be a screen writer but I would like to star in a Harry Potter movie. I would like to be an Actress.
