I know Kreacher is a brat but there are some parts when he makes me laugh. If he's not cut from the movie, who do you think should voice(given that he'll be cg-ed like Dobby) him? For me, I'd have to say Andy Serkis(gollum from lotr) Because I noticed that Kreacher and Gollum are a lot alike. Ugly, mutters to self,Kreacher is slightly bi-polar,they both wear loin-cloths, betray masters, freaky voice. I feel like I'm the only guy who noticed this strange, but funny similarity. I think Andy would be good for Kreacher because he'd be easy to act since he's like Gollum. Serkis is also British so he'd pass the British-only rule. If you agree with me, plz reply.(don't be mean, though and say, You're stupid wondering about Kreacher when everyone hates him. Just reply.)
For the role of Tonks I heard someone wanted Keira Knightly and I do too! Keep your fingers crossed! |

Well, I don't care about the voices because we always have Polish dubbing. Ha ha ha. And Keira for Tonks? Nope, too famous, too... No, I don't see her as Tonks. |

nah..Andy SirKis!! He should stick with Gollum. If he stays in the movie it will be an unknown who will play his voice.
I like the Idea of Keira Knightly...but like Kasia said she's a bit too famous o come in at this point.

yes,but...*pouts*You don't need to be so matteroffact about it all. I was just asking for an opinion. Who cares if someone is too famous. Maggie smith and Alan rickman are very famous but you're not critizing them. If they're good actors, then who cares about their popularity. Harry Potter movies don't have to consist of unknown actors all the time, you know.

| Man, I don't criticize Keira for being famous I know that they cast sometimes very famous actors but I've got a feeling that this time they'll choose someone not so well-known for playing Tonks. And I just don't imagine Keira as Tonks, that's my own opinion. |

Keira Knightly as Tonks? Keira with pink hair? It has definite possiblities as Tonks role isn't that big (in the books at least) but prehaps she has more plot significance in book 7 than we expect?

Hogwarts RPG Name: Fiona Renée Oliveraux | I think that having Andy Serkis voice Kreacher would just be putting too many similarities between Kreacher and Gollum. I dunno... its just not the right sound for the character, in my opinion. I expected Kreacher to have an older-sounding voice, and lower pitched.
And Keira Knightly as Tonks? I don't think I agree. Personally, I always viewed Tonks as being in her mid-to-late 20's, and Keira is barely twenty. Usually casting hires actors at least a year older than the character they play. I just don't see her as Tonks.

Serkis could and would be excellent as Kreacher but there are others to who would do a great job. Tracy Ullman could do the voice, she is very talented voice artist. I have always picture Kreacher almost like comic relief in the early chapters of OotP. His muttering voice and his sarcastic comments. I hear hear one actor doing the voice but he's an American so I know he won't be in the film. The actor is Robin Williams.

lol I love Robin Williams. I'm sure he could pull off a good british-like accident. See now i feel like watching Mrs. Doubtfire. And he did a few voices in Aladdin besides the genie. You know the guy in the beginning on the camel. So I'm sure he could do it.

Hurray! at least someone agrees with me! I don't assume but I think J.K. might have been inspired by Gollum to make up Kreacher.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Ottery St. Catchpole Third Year | Ottery is...the God of Film...Ask Emma? Yes Emma Thompson...Marce too... *Barfing* Keira Knightley as Tonks...please...these actors *points to Maggie Smith, Emma Thompson, Robbie Coltrane* have talent. (Sorry if it sounds disrespectful to you it isn't meant as an attack. Except on Keira....*Ottery fires all the cannons at Keira's talentlessness*) |

Lenny Henry is a comedian over here in England..he plays the voice of that stupid shrunken head on the night bus..and his wife is the new fat lady in PoA dawn French she's another comedian...and she does a double act with Jennifer Saunders who plays the voice of the Fairy god mother in Shrek 2...thought you might be interested in that useless bit of information!!!!.
I think the same gut who played Dobby's voice will do Kreacher's.......

But Dobby's voice is soft and cute and Kreacher's is, well, like one piece of glass scraping another piece of glass.
