I agree. There are a few pictures of Evanna with brown hair, spectacles anan absolutely perfect away-with-the fairies LL expression. But mostly it's clean shoulder-length hair, no wand behind the ear and she is always about to say
"Draco, come over to the Light Side of the Force and we shall rule the Universe as brother and sister."
