Well,some have already been mentioned (Luna,Umbridge....even Kreacher) but this is for the rest of the beloved characters found in the fifth book.
Who are your ideal actors/actresses to play roles in HP:OoTP?
Here's a few of mine:
Bellatrix Lestrange : Rachel Weisz Bella
Mundungus Fletcher : Ewen Bremner Dung
The voice of Kreacher by : Bill Nighy
Nymphadora Tonks : Kiera Knightley(even tho thats impossible) Tonks
Luna Lovegood : Eliza Bennett Loony or Sophia Myles (tho she's2old4the part) Luna
That Umbridge Woman : Pam Ferris (aka Aunt Marge) or Imelda Stanton Who you calling a filthy half-breed?


That's all I've got...what do you guys think? Have anyone in mind for the roles of Kingsley,the young Marauders,Lily Evans or the above?

I must say, that actress looks like what I've thought Bella looking like. Can't say the same for Dung though.

Also, Kiera Knightly does kind of look like Tonks, but I couldn't imagine her doing the role.

Well I have heard that she is going to play Tonks. I don't think she will match.

Please not Keira Knightley... I can't bear her!

Anna Friel was rumoured as Tonks, but quickly dismissed, which is a shame as she's a lovely actress and I could've imagined her as Nymphadora. It would be nice though for a relatively unknown actress to get the part.

Mundungus Fletcher : Bill Nighy would be cool- As long as it's NOT Bob Hoskins... He REALLY needs to play Slughorn in #6. He's perfect, imo. And he's said he'd like to play him.... Bill
The voice of Kreacher: Matthew Wood - I think that's the guy who did General Grievous in ROTS
Nymphadora Tonks : I really wish it could be Kate Nauta but she's American, so prolly not then kate Kate2 But then I would go for Laura Fraser. She looks just like the Tonks I envisioned. Laura
Luna Lovegood : Someone that I've NEVER EVER heard of or seen in my life. Like Katie Leung.
That Umbridge Woman :Imelda Stanton is already said to be confirmed on some sites.... so yeah, I thought she should have been it anyways.
And Arabella Figg: Liz Smith Liz (from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory)
And the one Bones lady who is in charge of Harry's trial- Una Stubbs Una

And that's all I can think of- for now!

She'd make a beautiful Bella but not evil looking enough.

Isn't Rachel too young to play Bella? I'm not sure on the ages, but I've always pictured her being around Sirius/Remus' age..

Eliza Bennett is too young to play Luna.She looks very pretty though.

I could see Stubbs playing Madam Bones.

i picture bellatrix alot .. darker than that.. rachel seems to "nice"... and alittle older i think.. add some wrinkles lol..

This Emilia Foxx looks like Narcissa how I pictured her and so does Mundungus as Ewen.
And Bob is a great pick for Slughorn. I imagined Bill Nighy as the other minister in HBP...lol,and that guy Jeremy Irons looks more to me like Rufus Scrimgeour. Or the Other Minister could be Hugh Grant. I like Rupert Everett....can't he fit in somewhere?

i havent really thought much to the casting of this film other than where can i sign up =P i often thought "how good would it be to play an active part in a Harry Potter film, back when i had my longer hair i thought id fancy playing Snape in the pensieve flashback then thought nah i dont fancy having my undies flashed to all thats watching =P

but if anyone knows of where they sign people up for the extra's casting i think they should share *nod nod*

I imagine the woman to play bellatrix will look at least at around 40 or something like that.

THey are casting people for parts i didnt even think would be in i.e centures other than ferenze!

Well,guys with all the updates in the news section..some of us predicted right! I'm really looking forward to seeing Imelda as Umbridge. Do you think the young man (Jarvis) cast for Young James looks the part? I'm having a bit of trouble picturing him as Prongs.

I'm still hoping for them to somehow fit Bill Nighy in OoTP...I dont know from what part but I adore him. And I make a wish that Gary Olman returns! Does anyone have a picture of the actress playing Lily?

I've always thought Bella as strikingly pretty, young,and VERY you know dark and regal looking I also didn't exactly agree with WB's choice for Luna, she looks too you know..groomed not to say that Luna is dirty and grimy but you know I imagined Luna as less perfected in looks and more natural looking

Hadn't thought of it,,,but that is true. Evanna is a little to collected in looks then how I imagined Luna. But I guess they had to go with the next best thing.
