The corniest part of GoF was definatly (next to the scene with the patil twins...that was pretty bad) the scene after the ball where Hermione starts crying...and even though I like her as an actress, all of her cry scenes are corny...

Ronboy45 12-01-2005 08:07 PM

Harrys cry scenes are worse though.*shudders*

IN COS when Hermione come back into the great hall after being petrified the ron then harry movement is cheesy! as is the nod at the end ythat harry does!

*pass the bucket*

pgspickles 12-04-2005 06:52 PM

i think the cheesiest sceen was in the POA movie when he cries cuase he found out that sirus black was the one who told voldmort about his parents
when he cried that was so stupid

~ChoChang~ 12-08-2005 11:42 PM

The scenes in PoA and GoF where Harry is (attempting to) cry are my favorite cheesilicious ones....I also thought the part in CoS at the end when Harry is talking to Fawkes and he's like "I just wasn't quick enough"....lol so so so corny. ^_^

Evy 12-10-2005 12:19 AM

 Cedric, Amos and Arthur galopping in the sky after touching the portkey. SO cheesy.

H. P. + G. W. 12-21-2005 07:19 AM

I dont know why you guys are bad mouthing the crying, I mean, when I first saw POA and GOF when some of the actors cried, I cried. I think the part in COS in the flourish and blotts scene when Harry was dragged over to Lockhart so Lockhart could gloat about Harry being there that morning and everyone believed him was a bit cheesey my self.

H. P. + G. W. 12-28-2005 03:25 AM

I mean how would you guys cry
if you saw or heard something so horrible in life it would make you cry.

Oh my gosh, it made me want to revert back to my primal instincts and hide in the dark for a long, long time, or at least until the scene was over... :poke:

ease up there just showing their opinions :D dont wory if you dont agree with em :balloon:

anyway... i agree with u Karen. think the worst scene is in COS when when Hermione comes after being petrified and then they all start clapping when Hagrid comes in *cringe*

hermione4586 01-04-2006 03:18 AM

Definitely the part in PoA when Harry is flying around the grounds on Buckbeak. The Titanic part... what exactly was that? lol I would be embarassed to Dan right there. Also the ending of PoA on a freeze frame shot. Totally doesn't do it.

quidditch_chick 01-04-2006 03:23 AM

^Yes! The freezing at the end of PoA is cheesy.

But the #1 cheesy moment I think is at the end of CoS when everyone starts applauding Hagrid it's like, "Come. On!"

best deatheater 01-25-2006 06:53 PM

I think all the endings are a little cheesy, but the film producers are probably just trying for an epic ending but didnt wuite get there. GoF was a pretty good ending and the rest are pretty good aswell except for the POA one. It seemed they could have done it better than a shot of Harry happy. I would have done a wizard walking in front of the screen and when he moves the screen is showing the credits. Then again I could suggest this for when they probably remake the films in like 20 years or so lol.

I cant stand that extra Gryffindor Kid in PoA. Like where did he come from and why couldnt someone else like trelawny say about the grim or one of the other students for the bit about Black being like smoke.

PS had one of my favorite endings probably second to Goblet then it was chamber and then Prisoner.

I didnt find ANY part of Goblet cheesy it was all done very well and very teenage hormonish.

DanandKel4eva06 01-26-2006 07:33 PM

I think in the GOF, when Cedric his dad and mr. Weasley look weird when they come out of the sky from the portkey! Also i don't like when dan cries in the third i mean don't get me wrong Dan is really hot (so is his jaw!) lol!

Raider 01-26-2006 07:34 PM

For me it would have to be the way the lines are delivered in the Chess scene in PS/SS "Then your free to check the king" "No ron NO!" "What is it" "hes goig to sacrafice hmself" "NO you cant there must be another way." *shudder* I love their acting most of the time but that scene just irks me.

Ronboy45 02-04-2006 05:42 PM

I think most of the GoF was cheesy. No offense.:(

Ronboy45 02-16-2006 04:35 PM

hopefully, ootp will be better. much more emmotional..

dannylover 02-16-2006 05:39 PM

I can't stand when Harry cries in PoA! It's SOOOO fake. And when Hermione punched Malfoy. OMG that was the most unbelievably, horrificaly, FAKEST punch I've ever seen in my ENTIRE life. It was originally a slap in the book. Why couldn't it have stayed that way?

Ronboy45 02-16-2006 05:41 PM

Cause the Alfonso stunk. (Hey! Somebody had to say it...)

dannylover 02-16-2006 08:46 PM

Haha well your right. You're as witty as Ottery, you know...^_^

Sirius_Padfoot 02-21-2006 03:39 AM

I think every part that has Myrtal in it is really cheesy! especially the prefects' bathroom scene when she was rubbing herself on Harry. *pass the bucket* I mean, when I saw that part, I actually thought of saying, "OMG I THINK I'M GONNA PUKE!!" because in real life, the girl who plays Myrtle was 35 or something when she started that role.

Ronboy45 02-21-2006 08:49 PM

Myrtles voice bugs me but not as much as Draco's da-da. He acts so girly with the hair-flippy thing and hes a meanie-mo to Dobby(well that was well-potrayed but still...Dobby!:glomp:) and the cheeiest cheese of all that is cheesy lines: "Let us hope that Mr. Potter will always be around to save the day.""Don't worry...I will be." Honestly they probably thought they should have added a DADADADA! Its like badly written suspense. BAH! So cheesy!*hides head in a pillow with hot embarassment*

lilly_potter 02-26-2006 04:38 PM

in he 3rd one when the boys are in the dormintory making noices with the candy, when ron roard you could so tell it was fake.
