Question Hogwarts Setup?

I am not mad, nor complaining, nor in any way here to stir up a debate, so sorry if it seems this way.

One thing i am wondering is that some people say the Hogwarts Setup it closer to the book from 3 on than in 1 and 2. The grounds is certainly nothing like the book judging by JK Rowling's map. Unless they mean the inside, but the outside certainly not. In the book, Hagrid's hut is not in front of the lake, it is not full of rocks, there is no bridge(not even sure where this bridge is located, seems rather random to me). So in this case, why do some people the Hogwarts grounds and setup is closer to the book? The map to me looks a lot like the grounds from the first two films. With the lake at the front and the grounds at the back. Hagrid's hut at the right, quidditch stadium at the left, greenhouses on the side of the castle, and the walkway on the grounds. I am just curious, again, not complaining nor mad, just a little confused. So far, at least that i know of, there is no map of the inside, so maybe it's closer? Although speculation maps have been made.

Hogwarts RPG Name:
Christopher Wireman
Third Year
Gryffindor

In the first two movies the grounds are more faithful to the book, but the interior will never be perfect. The interior of Hogwarts is constantly changing, so it's never the same. One of the other things that bugs me though is the Owlry. In the books I think it's part of the main castle, whereas in the movies it's a separate structure.
