Love the choir in PoA. I know so many people hate it for being pointless/time-wasting, but I think it's such a cute little song and it only took like 30 seconds, so it's not like it took up much space that could have been used for cut book stuff.

"Follow the spiders? Why couldn't it be follow the butterflies?"

"I didn't know you could read."

"Spiders, spiders! They want me to tap dance! I don't wanna tap dance!" "You tell those spiders, Ron."

"Harry!" "Sir!"

George's "Moooorning!" in DH1

The Harry/Hermione dance. Such a sweet moment that was a really effective way of showing the depth of their friendship with the time constraints of a movie.

Fred and George's 'Viktor I love you' song

Hermione just going "Boys!" when Harry and Ron have their awkward make up scene in GoF

also "Murder me Harry" and "Is there a bonnet? and "Well it does match your eyes" over the dress robes

Hermione wiping her parents memories

Ron and Harry sulking at the Yule Ball: "Ruddy pumpkinhead, isn't he?" and then Pavarti (or Padma?) when that Durmstrang boy asked her dance "May I have your arm?" "Arm, leg, I'm yours."

When Harry and Hermione do a little dance in DH Part 1. Though I generally disapprove of them inventing new scenes for the films, ironically this scene in particular is among my favorites of the entire series. I love how the action slows down and we get to see them relaxing and not overwhelmed with worry as they've been up until that point. The song they picked was perfect in conveying the mood.
