Reception Hall and Dance Floor

As you enter the reception area after the ceremony, the first thing you notice is the explosion of purple everywhere in the room. The white chairs are wrapped with sheer purple material and the tablecloths on each seating area are purple too. The flower arrangements around the room are ornately filled with purple and white flowers, while those on the table are simple but elegant.

The bride and groom are seated at a rectangular table in the front of the room, in clear view of all guests. The immensely beautiful lilac colored cake rests upon the table of the bride and groom for all to admire.

A large purple dance floor has been laid in the center of the room, on the corner of which an elegant string quartet is playing classical music. Feel free to get up and dance whenever the music moves you!

Food shall be delivered to each table at various points throughout the night, so be sure to keep an eye out for the waitstaff. They're here to serve you, so feel free to make requests!

Alexa walked in and scanned the area first. Everything seemed to be in order exept for the absolute obsession with purple. It was everywhere. Rolling her eyes she proceeded to the dance floor and looked around. Every detail had been paid attention to. Calming down because she knew she didn't have to worry about any outside threats. She found the table with her name on it and sat down. People were already starting to come in. Looking around she tried to find Warren-to no avail. Grimacing she went over to get a drink. Wondering exactly what Forrester's instructions were going to be.

Star wondered around looking for her seat. " They should have had a seating chart posted" she said out loud while moving from table to table looking for her seat.

Edie wandered into the Reception Hall and looked out over the scene in front of her. It was like someone got out a paint sprayer, filled it with purple paint and pulled the trigger, really hard! Edie thought she might see purple for the rest of her life after today. She looked around, wondering where she should sit.

Warren walked into the reception hall looking for Alexa. She hadn't returned and he was kind of worried. He looked around and saw her sitting at a table by herself. He walked up quietly behind her so that she couldn't hear him and put his hands on her shoulder. He felt her jump and smiled to himself, "You shouldn't sit with your back to the door, love."

Samantha walked into the reception area, taking in all the purple decorations, the dance floor and the lilac colored cake. It was a relief that the ceremony was over, now maybe she could relax and enjoy herself for a little while. Another happy couple joined together, that was nice and she was happy for both of them, but right now she was just looking for a little fun.

She walked to one of the tables and took a seat. If nothing else, at least she could observe the action!

Anita entered the hall. Her mouth opened slightly at the awe inspiring scene before her. She saw a table and sat down next to a woman (ooc: Samantha Rose).

"Hello, I'm Anita Volt. I work in the Broom Regulatory Control department," she said.

J. J. Starr walks in the recpeption area and sits next to Samantha Rose. " "Like to dance Samantha?" Joe Jon Montcenaggio asked her.

"It seems like it. I presume people just came for free food and drinks. No one really looked like they were concentrating on the ceremony. Everyone was involved in their own conversations." Edie looked around the reception hall and still couldn't get used to all the purple in the room.

Egypt and Nathan were the last to leave the seating area. They had sat there leaning into each other and whispering very bad things. They finally got up and Nathan went off to check and see what he had to do, so Egypt walked into the hall by herself. Her Blanhniks clacked all the way there. She stopped and removed her wedding robe. She had worn a black cocktail dress that fastened around her neck and was backless. This was the first time she had been able to dress up and look beautiful, and she was going to have the best looking man on her arm.

She folded her purple robes and placed it into her expanded handbag, as she walked into the hall. She scanned the room and saw that most people were milling about and waiting before they went in. She didn't know if they were supposed to be sitting in assigned seats or whatnot so she went and sat down at a table furthest from the head table as she could get. She didn't know the newlyweds personally so she didn't think she should be be near the head table.

"I was wondering where you'd got too. They haven't posted seating arrangements so I'm currently trying to find our seats. Name plates would be helpful too." She said with annoyance. Looking around at all the other confused people she took out her wand and began we curling her hair. All her running around had caused it to fall. Sighing, because her hair never did what she wanted she turned back to Warren.

"Well if they haven't placed name plates then I guess we can sit anywhere." He leaned back and placed his hand behind his head. He stared around at the people and saw Egypt sitting by herself. He waved and smiled at her and then turned back toward Alexa. "I haven't seen Forrester anywhere."

Alexa saw Warren wave Egypt over and smiled at her. She probably wanted to sit next to Nathan so Alexa moved across.
"He probably went downstairs to HQ. Or he might be somewhere in this huge place"

She laughed at the thought. Warren looked at her oddly. She laughed again.
"Is that all you think about? Food? Goodness. The party starts when the Ice Queen herself comes in here. All this purple is just sick.....hopefully the food isn't too....."

Egypt saw Warren waving at her. She remembered the man from the breakroom. Since Nathan was busy with the security she was alone and she didn't know anyone else but Shane. She gathered up her things and walked over to their table. "Good day Warren and Alexa." She said to them in turn. "Is this seat taken?" She asked them hoping they would let her sit, she wasn't keen on sitting at a table alone just waiting for Nathan.

Epaulet Esterre entered the reception, making a beeline for the nearest waiter. He wanted a drink and some refreshments. He looked to his adoring fan, seeing if he was still with him.

Edie looked around and sat at a table. She didn't really know anyone so she sat at a table by herself. She pulled out the purple covered chair, sat down, crossed her legs elegantly, smoothed her purple dress over her legs, fixed the purple strap on her purple shoes, moved the purple table cloth off her legs. She put her purple hand bag on the purple table and looked around the purple room. Okay, officially sick of purple now. she thought to herself.

She smiled down and smoothed the back of her dress as she sat down. She crossed her legs and scooted up under the table. "Thank you Warren. I was afraid I would have to suffer through this alone." She admitted to them. She looked around the room as well trying to spot Nathan. "I am fine thank you very much. Just nervously planning our wedding." She said referring to her and Nathan. "I have no idea. We were um, being a little free spirited at the ceremony, so I suspect he his trying to look busy. Though I hope he will be able to sneak away for a dance with me." She was looking forward to that dance.
