Are you wishing to meet with the Head of the Department of Magical Education? Have you a pressing issue regarding the education of our youth, or just want to get to know the woman personally? Well, you've come to the right place.

As you enter the office, you notice photos on the walls of all the famous wizarding schools, with Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry being the most prominent. There are photos featured of some of Hogwarts' most celebrated students, including the illustrious Harry Potter himself.

A woman is extending her hand to greet you, offering you to take a seat in front of her cherry paneled desk. Her appearance is unexpected, as she is quite young and lovely, though very professional in her being. She has mysterious, unfathomable blue eyes, a full mouth and long silky honey blonde hair. In truth, she is well past the age of 45, just able to preserve her youth very well (would you like to know her secret? Perhaps she'll share with you one day, if you prove yourself worthy!) You notice that she is dressed all in black, you wonder the reason why.

"Hello, I'm Samantha Rose," she says. "How may I help you?"

Eve decided,it was her first time here and she didnt really know anyone,to go and see the head of the Department of Magical Education.Eve walked down the hallto a door,with Head of the Department of Maigcal Education on it.She knocked and walked in."Erhh..Hello.."She said,a little quietly."Im Evelyn Walker,ive just started here.."She said to the women sat infront of her.Eve shut the door.

"It's a pleasure to have you on board here, Eve," Samantha said cordially. "You come very highly recommended to the Department of Magical Education and we are very lucky to have you." Samantha wasn't busy at the moment and she was happy to have the opportunity to meet a new employee at any time, anyway. "Remember that my door is always open to you at any time."

It was true. Samantha believed in a hands on approach to running her Department and knew that only through teamwork and good rapport could effectiveness be achieved. She referred to her notes quickly. "So, you're on the Magical Inspection Committee," she said. "Your committee is basically responsible for ensuring that our schools, staff and curriculum are up to the highest standards possible. Some of your duties will be responding to complaints, conducting inspections and making recommendations back to me. You will have a chance to visit some of the schools and interact with the staff and students there in conducting these inspections. Do you have any questions about any of this?"

Eve smiled.She shook her head."Thank you,its an Honour to be working under your Department.."She nodded.She listened intently to what she had to say,and she made sure she noted everything down in her mind."I do Have a question actaully..Do I have an Office?..like a desk or anything?"She asked,she was a imbarrested on asking.

"Oh yes, of course you do," Samantha smiled, understanding the sense of nervousness at being at a new job the very first day. "You have your own private office, since there are only three of you working in the Department at the moment. You may be sharing it with someone at some time in the future, but for now you will have the whole space for yourself so you may decorate it any way you choose. Within reason, of course." Samantha laughed. "I plan to stop by in a little while and see how everything is working out with all of you, too, and make sure that everything is going smoothly. That way, things will probably be a little clearer and easier for everyone. Would you care for some pumpkin juice, by the way?" Samantha gestured to a serving tray with glasses and a large container of ice cold pumpkin juice. "I find it a good way to start the morning."

Eve grinned.Samantha seemed to have taken all the nervous cells in Eves body,Samantha had a presence to her,a soothing calm presence.And Eve had already started to like her new boss.Eve nodded."Thank you.."She said.Eve felt a rush of relief run throughout her body.

"You're quite welcome," Samantha said. She smoothed back a strand of her long honey blonde hair, stood up and poured a cup of pumpkin juice for herself and one for Eve. "Somehow this just gets me going in the morning," she said. "I have some treats here as well in case you'd care for a nibble?" Samantha suddenly produced an array of sweets of various kinds, mostly of the wizard variety, but a few muggle treats such as cinnamon buns and donuts were there as well. "I never know what a person is going to like so I try and have everything," she said.

Eve took a sip."Oooh.."she said a little overwhelemed by all the sweets."No thank you..Im fine.."She smiled.She looked around Samanthas room at all the pictures on the wall.'Wow'she thought to herself

"Oh, the pictures," Samantha smiled. "I should probably explain. I like to keep pictures of schools that I believe meet the standard of what the Ministry expects, and while all the schools are represented on these walls, I'm afraid I might have shown a bit of favoritism to Hogwarts. You see, that is the very school that I myself attended and I don't think there is a finer, more well rounded curriculum available to the young witch or wizard. And Mr. Potter here, well, he's kind of a hero of mine, even though he did risk his life on many occasions, sometimes perhaps a bit foolishly. All in all, he was still a huge hero, and someone I feel deserves a place on these walls." Samantha smiled again. "Where did you attend school, Eve?"

Eve nodded,Harry Potter was a hero,many peoples hero."I attended Beauxbatons,and then in my final 2 years transferred from there to Hogwarts.I Enjoyd Hogwarts alot,I must admit.."She smiled and nodded

"I've heard very good things about Beauxbatons, as well," Samantha said. "In all the times I've visited there, I must say I've always been very impressed. Of course, my heart will always lie with Hogwarts, though there is definitely something good and unique about all of the schools."

Eve smiled and nodded."Yes,Beauxbatons is a good school,but I shouldnt really say this,but I did like Hogwarts a bit more.."She giggled putting a hand over her mouth."My mother was a Veela and my father graduated at Hogwarts.."She chuckled

"Well, I can certainly share that sentiment!", Samantha said, happy to have someone to talk to who had been a fellow student of Hogwarts and felt the same way about it as she did. "I think it's wonderful that we both went there. It gives us something in common, which is always a good place to start."

Eve nodded."It always helps I think."She grinned."I deffently sending my children there,if I have children."She smiled sweetly.She loved children dearly,thats why she was so keen to work for Magical Education.

"I'm very happy to hear that," Samantha said. "I think that would be an excellent decision on your part." It was true. Samantha had a fondness for children herself, which is what led her to be involved in the Department of Magical Education way back in the beginning. She knew that the children were the future for the wizarding world, their only hope, and she loved their honesty and straightforwardness. They were so fresh and natural. She felt it was her duty to ensure that the children received the best education possible, so she was glad that she was in a position to help ensure that. She sensed that Eve felt the same way.

Eve was very happy that her and Samanatha were on the same wave line.They seemed to both believe in the same things and it was going to great fun working her,she could already tell.She could tell the Samantha was a very likeable person,and it was going to be easy to get along together.Eve nodded.

Samantha was very pleased with the new hires in her Department. She felt a kinship with Eve already and knew that they would be friends in the future. She was glad that Eve had stopped in to visit with her and hoped that more employees would do the same so that she could meet with them on a one on one basis.

Eve smiled and stood up."I best let you get on with everything"She grinned"It was lovely meeting you,and I wont hesitate to come back and visit you"She smiled."Good day Samanatha.."She said.

"Good day to you also, Eve," Samantha smiled. "Thank you for visiting me, once again. I look forward to working with you!"

Samantha began sorting through some of the memos and notices she had on her desk, figuring out what had the most import and then whether she should handle it herself or send it on to one of her committees. There was going to be plenty of work from now on, she was sure.

Eve nodded."As to you,"She said and left Samantha to her work,and headed back to her office

Blair had fixed up her office how she had liked and felt that it was time to introduce herself to her new boss. Blair knocked on the door and then steped inside. "Hello. Um, I just wanted to introduce myself to you. I hope I'm not interupting you." Blair stood in the doorway slightly nervous, this was her first job at the minstry and wanted to make a good impression.

Samantha had just been tidying up her office a bit, adding a bit of personal touches here and there. She had added a large, comfortable green chair in the corner that she thought gave the office a very homey feel. She was very happy and surprised that a new worker had come to say hello, she always enjoyed visits from her employees very much. "Hello and welcome to the Department of Magical Education," she smiled and stretched her right hand out. "I'm Samantha Rose, and I'm the Head of the Department. I'm glad that you stopped in to visit with me, because I want to welcome all the employees to the Department and say how happy I am to have you here. You come to us very highly recommended, you know. I hope you are finding everything to be satisfactory in the Magical Inspection Committee?"

Blair stepped further into the office, happy that she wasn't interrupting her from her work, however she was even happier that she had come highly recommended and slightly surprised. She didn't think that she had made that much of an impact on her teachers and other employers. She smiled brightly.
"I love everything here so far. This is exactly what I had hoped to do. I've always wanted to make an impact somehow, and I've always thought that this would be a great way to do it."

Samantha smiled widely. "I think that's wonderful. It is exactly that type of quality that helps make you such a good employee for the Department. After all, we hold the responsibility of teaching the future witches and wizards everything they will need to learn, which is one of the most important things in the entire wizarding world. By working here, we are all definitely making a great impact on all our futures. I'm sure we will all get along fine, and I do want you to know that my door is always open to all my employees at any time. We are all team players here, and I will help you in any way I can."

Blair absorbed every word that Samantha said, storing it away for possible later use. She laughed inside her head at her self, she was always doing that, absorbing information as if hr life depended on it. "I'm glad to be working here and likewise, if you need me to do anything just ask."
