What do you guys think? Would Neville & Luna make a great couple? What do you think will be their roles in the final book?

Hmm I don't know...Luna and Neville never really showed any feelings for each other alothugh it would be nice if they did Luna likes Ron and Neville likes Hermione. Ironically Hermione and Ron like each other so it would be perfect if Luna and Neville did too.

hmm Neville...Luna....I don't see the intimacy. Like I think Luna has some strong veiws but has trouble expressing them like a view and she rather expresses it as the truth which makes her seem rather strange.

Neville has problems remembering things which is why he does so badly in everything but Herbology. Then prehaps they are just too different, but Jo might just let us have it and they start to hang out more and then love springs.

We were also talking about this in the Luna Lovegood FC.... and I'll say what I said there....

I really don't think Neville and Luna will get together. It just seems way to perfect. There's already three relationships going on in the books. Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione, and Remus/Tonks I really doubt this is going to become As You Like (A play by Shakespere that in the end everyone gets together except the priest). But I always would like to believe that some how some way they will get together.

they Would Make A Good Couple, Obviously They Both Have Lost Parents, I Know Nevilles Arent Dead But How Much Of Them Are Left, They Get Each Other And Have Already A Strong Bond.

Im going to be honest Im not a Neville/Luna Shipper due to the fact than im a hardcore Luna/Harry Shipper and if Neville and Luna were together Luna and Harry couldnt be soooo Yeah... I dont think they'd make a good couple I really dont.... but I do Think that they will both play very important roles in the last book.

I think both of them will be by Harry's side until the end... I think Luna's smarts will be there and Neville's Courage will reallly show and I think he will Fight until the end... People really do underestimate him I think....

Yeah I just dont see the cuteness... I can hardly think of anyone that'd be cute with Neville... But I think thats because in my mind I tend to not want to pair off my favourite characters because they are mine(I know, Im crazy)... But I supose I could see why people would like Neville/Luna...(I still dont think its as cute as H/L teehee)

Well, I used to kind of ship N/Hr and L/R. But then I moved on to H/Hr *don't kill me*. I didn't want to leave Ron out, so I figured he'd like someone who we haven't read about yet, someone new. Neville hasn't exactly been the luckiest at love. That's because most girls don't think he's good enough. Luna actually, is being nice to him, and giving him a chance. That's why I think they'd make the perfect couple.

I conquer with Jade!!!!!!! I am an avid H/L shipper and prefer N/G--- plus, JK already squashed the ship of N/L! And yeah, so what if they are both sort of outcasts they aren't a romantic couple, they are just friends! Simple really.

Anywho, I don't think that it's a good enough reason for them to be together-- they are both outcasts.... not really.

^ You never know, JK could decide to put N/L together. It isn't really a big part of the plot; it wouldn't really make or break the series if she changed her mind at last minute. And she does say to not take every single thing she says as the absolute final truth.
