*Thank you to Super Ama for adding the text!  * Hello & welcome to The Mystic Magazine Studio! You're probably wondering what is this thread about, right? Well, the idea came to me before the FC got its own forum. Why not create a magazine that is sorta like a newsletter that shows what's going on in the FC and send to Afshan & Shefali. The AA&SC FC along with the PP2FC will work together as a partnership in making a magazine. It will be a double magazine issue. For the Mystic Magazine, you will find many things that involves the FC and what is happening. For example, Fan of the month, poems, picture of the month, quotes, movie reviews, latest songs, cds, etc. This will be very much like a real magazine, where you will have ads and such. Though, the magazine might not be a monthly thing. The only time it will be sent in when we do an interview with them or something involving their birthdays or their Christmas present. It would be awesome to have it each month, but I'm not a millionaire to be sending out the monthly magazines to the girls!  If I was, then maybe I would. The magazine will be sent to the members of the FC as well, only to those that subscribe to it. The first posts of this thread, you will find: the staff, subscribers (not a word! lol! but it is now!), past magazine issues, Afshan's & Shefali's Biography. For those of you who are interested in joining the Mystic Magazine Staff, check out the announcement thread. Are you guys ready? Lemme hear you say HOLLA! I'm very excited about this and I hope you are too! This thread is for the staff to come and brainstorm for the upcoming magazine issue. Birthplace: Born in Wales, place called Denbeigh; moved to Birmingham when she was six.
Current Residence: London, England

Shefali Chowdhury was born in Wales in 1988 and was brought up in a conservative Muslim family but, she's Bangladeshi. Her parents had migrated to England from Sylher, Bangladesh in the 1980s, when many families from the Indian Subcontinent were migrating due to cultural wars. She was in the Tamil movie Kannathil Muthamittal as a refugee released in 2002 but, unfortunately she was uncredited.
Lucky for Shefali "Allah" (what the Muslims refer to as God) heard her prayers and in the summer of 2004 the casting agency for the films went through schools around Bradford to cast the Patil twins. Not having much of an experience, the judges still chose her to be in one of the most highest budget films The Harry Potter series as Parvati Patil (Harry's date for the Yule Ball). "I can't describe what I feel right now when I await the release of the film. I feel very, very privileged. It's an opportunity of a lifetime," Shefali says.
She had a great time filming Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and especially the Yule Ball scene like everyone else did (they had to go to a 3 week dancing boot camp). At the moment though, she is pursuing her A-level in college and has Sociology/Religious studies as her subjects. Shefali also likes Bollywood and her favourite Indian Actor is Shah Rukh Khan (Bollywood's Badshaah). She says, "Though I haven't seen a Bollywood film for quite sometime, but I do enjoy them.
She's glad that did what interests her the most. "I always was interested in Drama and even took a course earlier. So when this opportunity of acting in a film came my way, I was only too read to take it, " she says. Shefali says she doesn't know if she would take up acting as a profession, her studies are what concerns her now the most. But, she will probably try to do more films in Hollywood. "As of now, there are no offers. But if they come, then why not.", Shefali says.

Hey Everyone! I haven't gotten around to putting up the staff needed for the magazine. I wanted to have an example for you in stored, so you get an idea in the future of how to make your page. This is an ad I personally worked on with some help from the RGFC president. I was very detailed of how I wanted everything to be. First, I had to of course get the thumbs up from the President of the FC stating that it was okay to feature the fan club in the magazine. Then, I did my research-how I wanted everything to go, what would be featured, the layout of the page, etc. Ama (the RGFC President) is skilled in graphics and helped me put together my page. I suggest that you provide just a simple layout, like I did here:  She did her own simple of what the final product will look like, but without the graphics and pics. So, you guys have an idea and a guide to help you there, but please know that you can PM with any questions you may have! Or, just post them in here!
