I think that each of them chose their role, but I mean the only real difference is that Parvati get's to dance with Harry (dan!) I think that any India girl would have awanted to do that, but I mean, Ron (RUPERT Ahhhhh) wouldn't be that bad either, don't you? | |

I think that they didn't really care which Patil Twin they'll be playing, but Shefali mentioned that she was a fan of Harry Potter before. maybe it just meant more to her to play Parvati, Harry's date.
