Your Questions To Shefali & Afshan

Hey Everyone!

I've decided for my third follow-up interview with Shef and Afshan, I'll let you, the fans ask her questions. Starting March 21st you can PM me questions until Marcht 29th. On March 31st I will be looking over all the questions that were sent into me and I will be choosing the best ones. I want to send them out, hopefully, April 1st which is when I want to send the scrapbooks to the girls. Please don't send me inappropriate questions. I will let you know the questions that were choosen for the interview on the same date (March 31st). I'll post a few examples of questions for you guys.

Hello All!

I’ve spent some time putting together the staff that we would need at the Mystic Magazine Studio. I’ve divided the categories I had in mind that will be featured in the magazine (if you have a suggestion or would like to see something else featured, PM me and tell me about it). Also, reader contributors are welcome to share suggestions on what you would like to see. There will be a special category for reader contributors.

Now, for those of you who are interested in working at the Magazine Studio, I’m looking for people who will commit and be active at all times. To make this magazine a success, we need people who are 150% committed. If you can’t bring that commitment, then don’t send in an application. I’m not trying to be callous, but I don’t like people who sends in an application for something and they’re not even active in the club when they’re supposed to be. It makes me wonder why I gave you the job, when there’s probably someone else that would like to have it.

Here are some of the categories I had in mind:

That looks like a lot, but it’s not. I have ideas coming to me already about some pages and their layouts and features.

Okay, each category will have the following:

You will state which category you’re interested in working in and what position. For these following:

*Print Production*

The will be featured with the staff in the magazine. Subscription manager and assistants are responsibly for sending out the magazine to the fan club members. Print editor and assistants are only needed when we have to print out the pages and put together to send to Afshan and Shefali. Promotions/ads are simple; it’s like the ad I did for the RGFC.

Fanclub Fanfic

The month of July is just around the corner and we need a little help to kick off the celebration. It’s time to put on your Thinking Cap and gather your black rimmed Harry Potter glasses for a month of fun and writing. Being part of the Snitchseeker Fan Clubs, the Admins and Mods have come up with a bit of fun with spectacular roles for all Fan Club members to enjoy and take part in.

As you know, Deathly Hallows is the seventh and final novel from the Harry Potter series. What if you, the members, could write the final book the way you see it or the way you would like it to end? Well, the time has come to hear your side of the story as told by your favorite Fan Club character in ‘Fanclub Fanfic’.

What we need from the Fan Clubs right now is for you, as a team, to agree on a topic or storyline for your character. You may participate in more than one Fan Club, it is all up to you, just as long as you have fun. Start a thread within the characters forum or have a discussion in the thread and have everyone post their thoughts and contributions to the story, to see where the novel would start and end.

Hey Everyone!

I have some news for you here; I will not be on SS for 2 weeks. I'm leaving for NYC on Sunday; this is a bit short noticed for me as well, seeing that I said I would be heading to NYC. We got a call from my aunt and my dad said his uncle had passed away, so we have to fly out to NY on Sunday. I'll try to see if I can get on SS, maybe when I'm at my cousin's house. That's not a promise tho; I'm not walking with my laptop this time. I'll see you guys when I get back; keep the club active and going. I'll try to get on if I can. Love you lots! Kisses! *Muahz!*

Chat threads are converted to Discussion threads in all forum fan clubs

Chatting is still allowed within discussion threads as long as the post pertains to the discussion going on

With the actors, let’s keep their questions geared towards the Harry Potter movies only, like something that happened on the set or something they did differently in the movies other than the books.

With the fan clubs that have forums, the presidents or sponsors are more than welcome to create a new thread for everyone to post in. Please keep it spam free as we will be using the questions elsewhere on the site and a clean thread is easier to work with than a dirty one. Once you believe to have enough questions and are ready to turn them in, please send them to me, LadyNerd, and I will take care of them and get them to the proper place for more fun and excitement.

Try and have as many short answers as possible so that it makes it easier on the members who are playing to type in the answers. If it is something that is slightly long or hard speller, create tips such as this:

With actors, please keep their questions pertaining to the Harry Potter movies only, whether it is something that happened on the set or something that was different from books to movie
