I really like Linkin Park. Even though they have a somewhat "dark" sound, they sing really good songs, like Numb, Somewhere I Belong, and In the End, that have good messages. They're all good guys who are married. I think they may even have children. I think they're a great band with a good sound.

I loved this band from way, way back!
Linkin Park was the first ever band I ever listened to and ever came across. They were the ones who instilled the love of rock in me, lol. I love their sound...very different and it still contains rock essence in it. They can litreally do anything with their music.
I love Chester's vocals...so cool! I like the way he screams in some of the songs but yet he can also maintain his voice so well to sing in the other songs. Mike's rapping is also cool...kinda acts as a good background vocal in some songs. And I totally love Mr. Hahn's turntabling skills and beats...they make the songs catchy. 
Lately Mike has been involved in Fort Minor but that does not mean he has left LP. It's just a side project of his. btw, for those of you who don't know, Linkin Park has released a new song from quite recently. It's called 'Qwerty' and it was performed at the Summer Sonic concert in Japan this year. You can watch it on YouTube. And also, Linkin Park has confirmed that they will be releasing their new album early next year!
can't wait for that!
Anyways, some of my favourite songs are : 'Breaking The Habit', 'Faint', 'Carousel', 'Step Up', 'Runaway', etc. | |

For anyone who's interested, the Live In Texas tour has been uploaded onto Youtube by the bands account. It's pretty good, and lasts just over an hour, Check it out!
One of the cool bits is that One Step Closer sounds different, there's an extra bit which Chester sings which is pretty good.
Just a general warning, they don't actually swear but if you can put two and two together, you'd be able to work out where it's been silenced [which is only twice, near the end] So, if I'm breaking the rules, I'm sorry. If not, then ignore this.
On another note, it's roughly four weeks till Minutes to Midnight comes out, and from "What I've Done", it looks like it's going to be a winner for 'em, but let's not speak too soon.  Whaddya all think?
