Greg sighed and ran a hand through his short hair. A matchmaker date. What was he thinking, exactly?

Of course, he had his sister's persuasion to thank for this one. And when he found out it was hang gliding, well, he was pretty pleased. He loved hang-gliding. He would really have to thank his sister for persuading him into this.

Hopefully. Even though he was a people person, his social awkwardness shone through easily. Gregory took a deep breath and fixed his hair again.

Merlin a blind date? Seriously the whole idea of idea didn't sound that much fun, not even as close to the amount of fun playing hockey was; Hailey only went along with this to escape her brothers who had been trying to drive her crazy lately during practices. Hmm, why had this been in an Italian vineyard? Actually for that matter, what was going to happen? She climbed the hill slowly and noticed a hang glider which made her stop in her tracks; dude this would be fun. Hopefully. And hopefully whoever she was supposed to be on this date with wasn't about to question her too much, there was enough questions on the ice mainly due to the fact she was only 5' 4" and most hockey players were closer to six foot.

Greg had been looking around, bored when someone climbing the hill caught his eye. A girl. Greg stuffed his left hand in his pocket and took a few steps closer. Was this his date?

He hoped so. She was pretty.
