Since the promo's started for years 5-7, I had a look at the first game and it looks quite good. I was wondering if its as good as it looks and if you would recommend it? Its for PC.

I wish I could help you on that front, but I only have the game for my iPhone and I love it on there, so I imagine the game is quite cute and fun on the computer, as well!

I've played the DS version and it's quite enjoyable for all ages. It's not too hard, not too easy. There are segments that are a little tricky and might seem glitchy at these points. But the replay value is very good as well since you have the opportunity to go back after the end to each level to collect stuff and open new characters to play with. I definitely think it's worth the cash.
The game is also available for the iPhone and virtually identical to the DS version.. I only played it a little and that's what it looked like to me. And the iPhone version is only like $5. Hope that helps.

Yeah, like Potatohead said, the DS versions fun. I got slightly addicted for a couple of days. It's not too hard, and i'm defintly going to get years 5-7

I have both on DS and they are amazing! The gameplay is distinctly different from other LEGO games on that system, but it's still familiar. Personally, I like the look of Years 5-7, but I prefer the levels of Years 1-4. Maybe they'll make a Years 1-7, and if they do I'll definitely get it!

I've got both on the wii, and I'd reccomend them if that was what you were asking for. I'm sure the PC version's pretty much the same.
