Well, as i state in a previous post, i had a thread in madame malkins, i changed my username from myscene&bratz, to my current one, does that mean that avvie makers who are currently inactive disallowed to be in this thread? I find it quite rude how you labelled my post as 'complaining', i was looking for advice as how to deal with the circumstance, just as you did afew posts ago when roby posted her photobucket account into your thread. I was going to start a new avvie thread, but after what has happened, i am feeling discouraged to become part of this thread, and madame malkins thread. Are you only being so mean to me because of my earlier post where i mentioned that i found a way to change a sig? It wasn't as if i was announcing to the whole thread of the way to do so, i was only informing ppl who may not have known.

Actually it is possible and I have done it, it's just a waste of time lol you have to get screencaps *hold down "c"* for that scene and add them as an animation frame by frame, tired work methinks :/

I f you are making these avvies in Elements and you choose the add a frame option then it automatically adds the size of the frame tothe size of the image making it a larger image. All you need to do is just re-size them after you add the frame. IT does that too me when Imake wallpapers. IF you aren't choosing the add a frame option it may be some other effect you are using around the edges that makes it bigger. I hope this helps some.

EDIT: If we as avvie makers upload an image to photobucket as a gif and the person that is saving it to their own PC/or account saves that same GIF image as a JPEG the image size will increase because JPEG's save as larger files than GIFS.

Hadn't thought of that. I always save mine as .jpeg's because .gif's turn out weird when they're not animated.

Hey guys I was in Zonkos earlier and I saw a post by Chriss (Christhiane) one of our forums moderators that said that she would be leaving the site. Maybe we should do something for her to show her appreciation for everything she has done for this site and this forum. What do you guys think? I was thinking that we could each post a goodbye message or something. Any other ideas?

Hey has anyone else noticed that the threads seem to be getting downrated alot? It could just be me being paranoid but everyone is like on either 4, 3 or 2...It's just a bit weird, it could even just be one person. I dunno it just occured to me as I was looking at the page :/ But hey it could be nothing....I'm a curious person lol

Yes!! Ye Olde Avvie shop is on 4 stars! ARG!! It was on five earlier (well...I made it that way) but now its on 4..someone downrated it..it makes me sad. Everyone's should be on five. It raises self esteem.

You're not supposed to rate your own shop, silly. But I am kind of sad that's it's low too...these ratings suck. Not many people rate threads, except for news and mean people who hold grudges. I have a pretty good idea who downrated most of our threads; it's people who think they're better than us at graphic design.

Oooh got Photoshop 7.0, and it's way more complicated than the newer version, so it'll take some figuring out...tutorial time approaches...

Ok, I'm done with uprating my friend's threads and stuff, so no more for me. I'm still against the system, but I wanted to help you guys out anyway. Can't wait for Ulead!!! Does anyone use or know someone that uses PSP8? I don't have my booklet anymore(stupid me, got a bit excited and threw it out!) I have no idea how to use it, and every time I open the program more and more of the little thingys(can't remember the right name) keep dissappearing!! ARGH I miss my photoshop!

I was looking through my list of fonts in Word and I'm pretty sure it's Monotype Corvisa. I came with my computer, so hopefully you have it. Hope that helps!
