Please have some banners WITHOUT David Thewlis. I love Lupin, but have thought he was mis-cast ever since I heard it. Lupin is much better looking than Thewlis (and I have left-over anger at him from his role in Dragonheart where he was the crazy bad guy).

If I HAD to choose...I like when we get to see young Remus in the Snape's Worst Memory scene. And of course, the Remus/Tonks scene at the end of HBP.  | |

Although now that I think about it, I also like him in the hospital wing scene when Tonks goes off on him, because all the reasons he gives for why he can't be with her have to do with him wanting to protect her. He never says anything bad about her, he just thinks she deserves better 
And earlier when he gets upset because Dumbledore died...I just want to give him a hug! Poor man!

Are we doing favorite scenes from the movie too? In the movie my favorite is definitely when he's teaching about the boggart in DADA and he puts the swing music on...that whole scene is just so fun to watch. And he's so cute in professor-mode.  | |

Aww...there's just so many...I really love Remus... Tonks love revelation...moment on the bridge...the marauder's past...the revealing of his past with Harry...
Oh, he's just such a fascinating character!!!

Yes... but I wish we weren't disappointed again...  Because I must admit that I expected to see more Remus in HBP and I was a little disappointed after reading the book. Still, Remus is my favourite character and I really hope we get to see him more in the last book! I'd love the idea of his wedding (with Tonks of course) . Except that, it'd be cool if he became Harry's closer friend than before. Definitely he should
My fav moment? Oooh... hard to choose... as for the movie, definitely the bridge scene, it's amazing. The DADA lesson is also really funny! 
In the books... well, in PoA there's a moment during one of Harry's Patronus lessons when Harry discovers than Lupin knew his parents. It was something like:

Except that... Snape's Worst Memory chapter and the scene when Harry (in the fireplace) talks with Sirius and Remus about his father. Also the moment in HBP - Harry talking with Remus in the Borrow. Well, I like all the moments when Harry and Remus are together.

The aim of this contest is to choose the bestest Remus Lupin fan art in the Internet.
RULES - please read them all carefully!
♥ you can submit any Lupin fan art you find in the web, not only made by you (although SS-ers' art is really welcomed!).
♥we'll try to choose best drawings in two categories: young Remus an older Remus.
♥ it doesn't matter if it's pencil art, digital art or any else. It just has to show Remus, alone or with other characters.
♥ you can post up to three pictures by the same person in each category. So maximally six pictures - three of young Remus and three of older Remus. Of course, if you don't have to submit art in both categories.
♥ you can post as many times as you want
♥ don't post the whole huge pictures, we don't want to scroll the thread. Just links to them or small thumbnails.
♥ no slash pics. However, you can post non-slash drawings of the authors who draw slash too
♥ when posting the art, you must credit the author and/or the site where you found it. If you really don't know who drew the picture, tell us where it was posted.
♥ many wonderful fan art is located on DeviantArt.com, but it's really time-consuming to view many drawings there. On some computers they load very slowly.
