The Conference Room

In walked Mona, chin held high and shoulders back. She took the seat on the other side of the table from Ben.

"Ben," she greeted him with a curt nod, laying her parchment, quill and ink on the table. She crossed her legs and settled her robes around her, her eyes glancing at everything in the room except for Ben.

Becca walked intot the room.
"Hello." she said, with a smile.
She took a seat in the middle of the table. She took out her parchemt, smoothing it out on the table, and placed her ink next to it.
She folded her hands, and waitedfor the meeting to start.

Thomas walked into the conference room rather late. He had missed the message, and only noticed later after some other people had already showed up . "Hello, everyone. Sorry if I'm late," he said calmly.

Serena walked into the room and turned a fiery shade of scarlet, which rather suits her house, Gryffindor. "Sorry I'm late. Got lost." She took a seat and waited for the meeting to begin.

The new employee Isabella ran into the door, not realising it was closed.

After straightening herself up and openig the door, she walked inside, with a red nose,and apologetic face.

She looked round the room and said ''Sorry im late, problem with a toilet!'' She looked at her boss, gave him a ''uh oh' look, she'd explain later to him.

'Isabella, obliviator present.''

Alicia walked into the room and sat down. "Alicia Daniels, Accidental Magic Reversal Squad"

"Sorry about the time... Couldn't find a quill." She said as she held one up. I wonder why everyone's got to come here.. she thought as she layed some parchment on the table.

Ivan smiled at Kim, completely unaware she had just tried to save his dignity. He did notice she had a quill and paper. Ivan's face blanched slightly. Oops. He knew he'd forgotten something.

Ivan leaned towards her ear and whispered, "Would you mind taking notes on behalf of the Obliviator department?" Thank goodness Kim was so organized! ....and looking pretty darn spiffy, too. She was a credit to the division!

Ivan beamed at the mention of Kim's presence. The only head with a staff member present - and on time! Coming from Ivan's department, under his rather time-rattled leadership, it was nothing short of a miracle! Ha! In your face, Reversal Squad! Ivan thought with competitive glee. Finally, the Obliviators had showed up ahead of the RS team. Kim was getting a raise recommendation from him next time her review came up!

"I'm sure my other staff will show," Ivan commented, hopeful.

A few others had just preceded her and Ivan, having quite forgotten she was coming, was nevertheless pleased that the newest Obliviator had made it - red nose and red face aside. He elbowed Kim, grinning at Isabella, whispering, "By the way, rumor has it that the interdepartmental quidditch match is back on. Do you think she plays?" He inclined his head towards Isabella, unable to remember if she'd mentioned an interest in quidditch on her CV. "My friends in Mysteries say they might have a semi-professional on their team this year. Going to be tough to beat, if its true."

Robin paraded in lazily. He sat down next to the girl, Kimberly, from his office. "Hi," he muttered while looking about himself to see whether there was anyone who really knew what was going on.

Kimberly smiled at Robin, "Hey" she answered

''yeah sir'' said isabella quietly, she didnt want to be too loud in this meetig, she was sure most people didnt know who she was. She looked over to Ivan and Kim and smiled, hopfully they didnt think she should not of spoken...

She turned her gaze back to Ben to listen again, whilst the other gave their responses...

Thomas, glad to see the meeting had finally started, stared up at Ben. He took out his pencil and started taking notes. He quickly jotted down the important aspects of what Ben had just mentioned. He looked up and noticed that a fair few people hadn't yet started taking notes. He nudged the person beside him, who he only knew by his face, and he quickly snapped up and started writing frantically trying to catch up.

"I'm all good", He responded truthfully to Ben's question very relaxed. He leaned back in his chair, stretching his legs out in front of him and crossing his feet. He then looked up at Ben who, along with he, was waiting for everyone to finish taking notes.

Alicia finished writing the lat letter and placed the tip of the quill to her lips. She nodded in answer to Ben's question and focused on her nails.

She had never been in a room with this many people before, unless you counted Hogwarts, but she didn't know anyone here and at school she was surrounded by her friends.

She let her gaze travel down the table to Ben. He sat there waiting for everyone to finish taking notes before speaking again.

Kim rolled her eyes, she was giving up on trying to talk to anyone in her division she might as well just sit in her cubicle area and do what Thomas tells her to do and thats it. She rolled her eyes again and listened to Ben talk.

Becca finsihed jotting down some notes. Making sure that it was readable, since sometimes when she wrote it was so messy she couldn't even read it herself. Once she finished she looked up at Ben, and nodded.
