As Reagan on some other woman walked out of the Minister’s office, closing the door behind them, Madison was alone with the Minister of Magic. Wow! This was like a dream come true. Taking a few more steps forward toward Minister Cooper, the Madame Malkin’s assistant smiled and took out a few of her best measuring tools. “Alright, Minister Cooper. Let’s get through this fitting quickly. Stand please,” she said heartedly, taking her wand out so she could bewitch the tools to get the Minister’s measurements as quick as possible and waiting for the Minister himself to rise from his chair. Don’t. Goof. Up. Madi.

Madison hated that look that the Minister of Magic was giving her. It gave her the feeling that something she had did was done wrong. What had she done? She was only doing her job for Merlin’s sake! Maybe Miss Gilroy should have come instead of her. After the overwhelming trip to the Ministry, it seemed like the fitting business with the Minister wasn’t going to be as … uhh … great as she had figured it would be. Someone sure woke up on the wrong side of the bed....

“Your fabric preferences? Well … in the letter that was sent there was no mention of anything to do with any preferences at all,” the young assistant said honestly. “However, I’m sure we can arrange it so your robes will be just perfect for you. You know, providing you give me a list of the dos and don’ts of course. So … no Muggle attire and no yellow. Is there anything else I should know before we begin?” If we ever begin.

Madison smiled when Minister Cooper rose from his chair and walked around to the front of his desk. Good, he was making her job much easier. Not just for her, but for the both of them. After tapping her wand on each of the measuring tools, the zoomed up in the air and whizzed around the Minister of Magic gracefully, gently wrapping themselves around the grown man and getting his measurements.

So far, so good. Things were running along smoothly.

Summoning a piece of parchment and a quill from her pile of supplies, she grabbed hold of the items and started writing down the Dos and Don’ts of the Minister’s fabric preferences.

Looking up at the man from time to time, making sure that the tools hadn’t decided to go on a rampage and choke the Minister to death, she couldn’t help but giggle quietly to herself as Minister Cooper complained at how his tea was taking away from him before he had gotten to drink any of it. The poor thing.

“I’m sure they can make you some more tea for you, darling. Don’t worry about that,” she said finally, noticing that her tools were almost complete with their job. “Anyway, getting back on track. Is there anything else to add to your list of fabric preferences? Any favourite colours? Do you want certain patterns? Anything else that you can think of?”

Quickly taking note of the things the Minister was saying to her, the measuring tools whizzed back into her pile of supplies after being wacked by the Minister. At least that was completed in a reasonable amount of time! Noticing a little piece of parchment and a miniature quill writing the man’s measurements by her feet, she sighed and added a few more of the man’s preferences to her list that was just getting bigger and bigger by the second. Oops, she did not need to have number six on there!

After scratching out number six as much as she could so it wouldn’t be legible, she smiled at the Minister and gestured for him to head back to his desk and take a seat. The quill and parchment by her feet had rose up from near the floor and went to their appropriate places; the quill back in her bag of supplies and the parchment levitating near her head.

“Alright,” Madison said, reading through the measurements list. She hummed thoughtfully to herself for a few moments and nodded her head. “It looks like we’re about finished with this part of the project, Minister. All your measurements are right here, so all I need is a few more things to add on to your preferences list and then I will get out of your way so you can get back to work....”

“Ohh … a few more colour choices would be nice, as well as any specific patterns you may like as well, Minister,” Madison said with a smile, packing up her tools so that when she got the final touches of her dos and don’ts list so she’d be ready to go right away. It wasn’t every day the Minister got fitted for robes, you know. And those robes of his would have to be made faster than the speed of the Golden Snitch.

“Oh ... and … err,” she added in, her face turning a light shade of pink. “Do you think it would be alright if I … err … you know … can get your … your autograph? Please?” Oh, Merlin. Now he’s going to kick me out for asking that. You’re so stupid, Madi!

“Classic cuts, muted colours, and no yellow,” Madison repeated as she wrote down the final bits and pieces of information to her list. She watched with wide eyes as the Minister gave her his autograph. This certainly was a worthy trip! Before she could squeal with delight, she quickly said, “Thank you, Minister Cooper. I will make a quick set of robes for you before I leave, but I will leave the robes with your Senior Undersecretary.”

She nodded her head gently and bent down to collect her supplies. After she had done so, she gave the Minister one last smile and said, “So … with all this being done, I will leave you to get back to your work. I hope that you will have a wonderful rest of your day. Goodbye, Minister.” And with a quick, polite wave, she walked out of the Minister’s office and into Miss Taylor’s to get one set of robes done quickly so she could head back to Madame Malkin’s and get the rest of the robes completed.

Forrester made it to the minister's office and knocked on his door before saying.
"Minister Copper, I am Forrester Hufflepuff and I am here for your security during the conference can I get in?" Forrester asked.

Forrester made his way into the minister's office, the minister had work to do and Forrester decided just to wait for him to get finished, he took out his wand and waited. Remind myself to get the minister on time he thought.

Forrester looked at the sleeping minister and than back at the minister. "Before I leave Mrs. Reagan and sorry for the questions... How can I verify that it's you?" Forrester said his wand still in his hand.

"Actually you just prove it for me in the last sentence." Forrester replied as he nodded and head towards the door. "I will be at the door if you need me" he added before closing the door and guarding it

"Excellent. Thank you." Reagan waited until Forrester had closed the door behind him before reinforcing the Imperturbable Charms already in place on the Minister's Office. No one could hear this information but the Minister.

Reagan started, "Sir, quite some time ago, when we first discovered that we would be hosting this International Wizarding Conference, I made a few requests from the Department of Mysteries. One of these requests was that the Brain Room assist us in obtaining some information that may prove useful in ensuring the success of our Conference..."
