Alison jumped as Ms. Taylor called out. She remembered that she needed to speak with Mr. Wordsmith about the security people. And about the aurors. She walked out, smiling quickly at Chad and walking out before anyone could attempt to steer her out of course. She walked as quickly as possible without actually running in her heels (3 inch, cream-white and patent leather).

Reagan spotted the note from Alison stuck to her door and walked over to retrieve it. She called out to Alison from her office door, "Alison, could you come here please? Let's discuss the hitch that you've mentioned. Thanks."

Alison had walk-ran back in about a second before Miss Taylor had called on her. She jumped, looked around, found out what was calling her, and walk-ran back through the door, her feet now sore from running around.

Bella re-entered the room and walked straight over to her desk. Her perfectly shaped eyebrows were raised as she unfolded the peice of paper she held in her hand and read through it.

Well, it was best to get it over and done with now. It wasn't like Reagan would come bursting in to tell her about the flower arrangements and stuff in the next couple of minutes.

As quickly as she had walked in, Bella walked right out of the room. Now which floor did she have to go to?

AJ appeared timidly in the doorway, but decided to just go for it. She stepped forward with confidence, and smiled, "Yes, hello," she stated to the first person she saw, "I'm looking for one Ms. Bella Brown? she asked, "In regards to the bowtruckle infestation around the Minister's wedding trees? My Pest control collegue and I are here to assess the issue." she stated, smiling.

Cambell took a seat at her desk after speaking to Reagan in her office. She still needed the information on the wedding. She didnt have any idea when it was, where it was, or what time.
Cambell kept herself patient and in control, but she couldnt help thinking that the meeting would be held soon.
She straightened her papers on her desk, took a sip of her tea, which had seemed to get cooler with time. She quickly took out her wand and fixed it. Then she just sat there, waiting to get information.

Leila looked up as a young man walked into the office calling her name.
"Over here," she said, raising a hand in acknowledgement.
As he made his way to her desk she rose to shake his hand. "I'm Leila McPherson. What can I help you with today?" she asked smiling as she gestured to the chair in front of her desk.

Tommy saw Ms McPherson and made his way over to her desk he shook her hand "Hello, I'm Tommy McFarland from the Muggle Worthy Excuse Committee, and i have been sent to ask you to come down to the third floor for a brain-storming session about the Ministers wedding" Tommy smiled

"It's nice to meet you Tommy. Just let me grab my files and we can be on our way," Leila said, shuffling some papers around on her desk. "Here they are!" she exclaimed. "Now, which room are we going to on the third floor?" Leila asked politely as she followed him to the elevators.

Evaline hopped off the elevator and walked down the hall of the first level to get to her department liason's office. She needed to speak to him about those invitations. They needed to go out and she still didn't have the color scheme to print them and send them out.

She walked in a hurry toward his desk. He had better be there.

Brennan strolled through the desk area on his way back through to his office. "Doesn't anyone work around here?" he said loud enough to be sure they heard him. "How will they be ready for the wedding next week if they aren't even working?" Oh. By the way. Next week.

Reagan stormed so fast through the liaison desk area that she was almost a blur. Despite the short time spent in the room, she had plenty of time to say, "Liaisons, we need to get moving fast! The wedding has been bumped up to the start of next week and there are hundreds of things to do in preparation! Check your inboxes immediately, or your jobs may be on the line!" Reagan was never one for threats, but she knew HER job was on the line if this didn't get done, and that simply was not an option. As soon as she appeared, she was gone into her office.

Angelina walked in the department with a notebook on her hand, she had just taken a seat on her comfortable chair when she heard someone talking, almost yelling, and almost jumped from her chair.
"For Merlin's sake!" she said to herself while she looked around to see who had just spoken.
She turned right in the moment to see the minister speaking about the weeding.. next week.
Right after that Reagan stormed in the room . Angelina quickly turned her eyes to the woman and listened to her carefully. When the young woman finally opened her mouth so day something Reagan was already gone.
That woman was fast.. and she wasn’t happy, at all.. neither was the minister.

She quickly read what she had to do.. wrote it down on her notebook and then stood up, and started to make her way to Reagans office.

Cambell shot her head up when she heard the Ministers voice. 'Oh no! One week! Not even a week!' She thought frantically. Then when Reagan came out and told them about their jobs bieng on the line, she nearly gasped. She had worked so hard to get this job!!
Cambell bent down and grabbed some parchment. She quickly wrote down the horrible news she had just recieved and then got up from her desk to return to Mrs. Reagans office.

Brian walked back to the desk with his new assignment. Gah! There was a change in wedding schedule! He goes through the assignment once again. He need to talk to the Department head of the Games and sports.
After a brief thinking and planning he got ready to meet the respective person. With the slight tilting of his head he stood up.

Cambell made it back to her desk but didnt sit down. She wrote down her full assingment quickly, grabbed what she needed, and took a quick sip of hot tea. Then she was off to level eight to get her things finished. She needed to finish this assingment today so she could help with some other arrangements...

Cambell took a seat at her desk and wrote a note quickly. She grabbed her wand and sent the note to Mrs. Carter on level eight.
When she was finished she noticed that Reagan had not yet returned from the Portkey Offices so she grabbed some parchment and began writting her report to be given to Mrs. Taylor on her task.

Edith walked slowly into the room and looked around. There were desks in neat rows, all with name plaques on them. She looked around saw her desk. She smiled when she saw the name plaque.

Gosh I have a long title she thought to herself.
She put her things down on her desk and smiled again. It would have been good enough to work for the Department of Magical Accidents and Catstrophes, but to work in the Minister's Offices. It was an honour.
She sat down in her chair and sighed. She was so happy to be working for the Ministry. She wondered when she would get her first assignment.

Without much hesitation Brian walked out of the cabin to meet the Head of the Games and Sports Department. New terms, new assignment. Not knowing what was waiting for him as a reply. He chuckled at the thought as he knew the department head very well by the time. Tough guy.

Edie sat down and got out a fresh sheet of parchment. She opened her ink pot and dipped her quill into it. She put her quill on the parchment and started to pen a letter to her cousin.

She put the letter aside and got out another piece of parchment. She swapped from black ink to crimson. Red was Alycya's favourite colour so she thought it was a nice touch. She dipped her quill in the ink and started to write.

She put the two letters in an envelope and taped it with her wand. It sprang to life and flew out the window, taking itself to her owl, Aphrodite. She watched it fly away and sighed. I hope everything is okay she though to herself as she settled back in her chair.

The clacking of heels announced the twenty four year old's arrival. A weary and tired Bella entered the empty hall and headed towards her desk. She was glad that she was the only one there at the moment, although she knew that she would soon be joined by the liaison's. Which reminded her she had to speak to the new liaison's and explain their job to them as soon as they arrived.

And maybe she should go and ask Reagan if she had something she wanted her to do. This was one of the times that Bella hoped there was a lot of work to be done -- so she could burry herself under it and try not to have a lot of free time on her.

The assistant took a seat on the chair behind her desk and opened one of the drawers, pulling out a blank sheet of paper and setting it on her desk. She stared at it for a few moments, playing with the quill in her hands before she realised staring at the paper won't help one bit.

Maybe she could write to Mel -- no, she did that day before yesterday and still didn't get a reply. Or write to her parents?

No. They would tell somethin was wrong and she didn't want to explain.

Charles, maybe? No. He was the last person she wanted to talk to.

Frowning, the girl stood up and walked out of the room. It was time to see Reagan. Maybe she had something Bella could do? Anything would be better than free time.

Lucas sighed heavily as he walked into the room.

My desk ought to be around here somewhere... desk.. desk... desk... Ah-Ha! Oh dear...

Lucas came across a tiny desk right in the center of the chaos of the Liason department office. There he could see it, a tiny index card of paper that had his name printed on it. Reserved for him. In the middle of everything. He again sighed, this time very loudly since, from what he could tell, there was no one else in the room. At all.

"How does one get to be a liason when they really, really, dislike working with people? Oh right, when they play up their leadership skills on the department application and there is no actual interview for the job to make sure that the person is indeed a people person." Lucus grumbled and tossed his bag onto the tiny desk, causing it to wobble unfortunately to the right side. The right leg was shorter than the others, causing the desk to wobble unhappily when any pressure was put on it.

Lucas decided he couldn't stay here any longer. He grabbed the memo he was supposed to drop off in his department and hurried out the door, nearly bumping into someone on his way out.
