Lycanthropy is a spreading disease, at least when there's a full moon. The people involved with this unit need to be brave, strong individuals, who are willing and able to deal with werewolves at the fullness of the moon. The people who work here are in charge of finding werewolves on the loose and capturing them before innocent people get hurt. Not all werewolves are as lucky as Remus Lupin and have an available supply of Lycanthropy-Suppressant, for those that don't, they need the Werewolf Capture Squad.

For the unfortunate witches and wizards who've had the displeasure of being turned to a werewolf, they are by law required to register themselves as such. All werewolves brought into the Capture unit are required to be registered in this unit before being set free again, once the transformation has been tamed or exhausted.

The following information is required before they are released:
All employees of this office are expected to fulfill both the Capture and Registration duties.

Gideon struts into the Werewolf Registry and Capture Unit with his cowboy hat pulled low down his forehead. He pushes the brim up with his finger and glances around the room. No one's here? Am I in the wrong place?

He shrugs to himself and takes a seat in an open chair, kicking his dusty boots up on the nearby desk. Pulling his hat back down again, Gideon tries to nap while he waits for coworkers to join him.

Humming a happy tune, Rowan Cromwell saunters into the now merged Werewolf Registry and Capture unit offices. Boy thats a mouthfull. Smiling serenely she takes in the rearrangements and nods her curly red head. "Not bad." Picking a desk in the far corner, she makes her way over to it, the heels on her boots going click clack as she makes her way across the room.

With a quick flick of her wand a few pictures and knick nacks arrange themselves on the desk and her purse settles inself in the lowest drawer. Sighing, she turns around and leans back against the desk. She had chosen to go casual today with a pair of form fitting jeans and an emerld green blouse. Her favorite pair of knee high boots encased her feet and jean clad legs up to the knee accentuating her long legs.

As she surveyed the room her eyes fell on a figure who appeared to be sleeping. Straightening up, Rowan walks over the the desk and leans her hip against the edge. "You done napping there or should I come back later?" a small teasing smile plays on her lips and her emerald eyes sparkle with amusement.

Gideon is having a dream about pudding when he suddenly hears a clicking noise. His dream self looks for a clock - where is the clicking coming from? He doesn't wake until the woman who just entered the room is standing over him, speaking to him. He blinks a few times and raises his chin to glance into the face of this woman. "Nap is done, I s'pose." He stands up and stretches with a groan and asks, "You work 'ere too? I was beginnin' to think maybe they closed this office down, though you'd think with all them werewolves infesting Hogwarts that we'd be rather busy, wouldn'tcha?"

Rowan shook her head and smiled at his gruff demeanor. Although glancing around the office she had to admit even to herself that the office was rather empty. "I'm not sure where everyone is, but I did most of the paperwork for that fiasco yesterday."

She didn't want to be left in the office by herself so she had had an owl bring her the files so that she could do the work at home. Focusing back on Mr. Tall Dark and Handsome she held out her hand.

"Rowan Cromwell. I don't think we've formally met."

Gideon accepted her hand and returned the handshake. "No I dun believe we 'ave met yet. My name's Gideon, Gideon Spence." He asked her, "So who's in charge of this division anyways? I haven't met either of my superiors yet. There was no department head to report to when I first got hired and I couldn't find the division head anywhere."

Rowan sauntered back into the Werewolf Registry and Capture Unit offices and sighed. The meeting had seemed a little pointless but at least they had gotten a chance to see their new Department head. Besides the fact that he was mondo cute, he was also funny and seemingly laid back. That's not to say that he wouldn't get the job done, but she was extremely glad that he wasn't an all work and no play kinda guy.

Jordyn Lupin sighed as she walked into the Werewolf Registry and Capture Units office, all it really was was a bunch of cubicles in one large room, but who was she to complain, this job paid for all of her bills and all of her niece's school supplies. She suddenly felt older than she really was, her niece was in her sixth year at Hogwarts, and with her brother dead she had to take care of her niece all by herself. Of course, she did love her niece, but Rogue reminded her so much of her brother, Remus.

Jordyn shrugged to herself and sat down at her newly appointed desk, it was so much cleaner than her first one, there weren't any pictures on the desk, not yet at least, and it wasn't covered with books she would read when she was bored.

"Being a werewolf isn't as bad as most people think it is," she murmured to herself. "After all, I am one and I'm doing just fine, thank you very much," she added, just as quietly.

A paper airplane flies into the room and comes to a rest on your desk, unfolding and smoothing out to reveal...

Jordyn quickly picks up the paper airplane, unfolds it and begins to read what is written on it. As she read she began to become more and more angry, at the Ministry and, most of all, Greyback, he was the reason she was a werewolf. "That's bloody rubbish!!" she exclaimed when she was finished reading. She threw down the paper and immediately set it on fire, maybe she was overreacting, maybe she wasn't, neither her or her brother or her niece could go to the World Cup because it was near he full moon, it wasn't bloody fair.

Don't give into the injustice. Stand up and walk out for what you believe. Join the hundreds of Wizarding Workers who are opposed the Ministry's prejudice against those who are different! There will be a mass walk out on Saturday at 4 p.m. to show your support for those who have none. Take to the streets of Diagon Alley and stand up for what is right!
