A set of double doors stands at the end of the corridor on the eighth floor. They aren't overly elegant-looking, more of a sign of comfort and welcomeness. The doors lead to an office, which hosts three Heads of the Maintenance and Security Departments.

The walls in the office are painted a neutral beige colour; the room is highlighted with accents of natural green and chocolate brown. The largest desk is in the middle of the room, facing the double doors. Another two desks are placed on the opposite sides of the large room, facing each other and the desk in between them.

This office is used for Delilah Carter, Edward Lennox, and Louisa Booth to coordinate plans and discuss Ministry issues with each other. Other employees of the Departments or the Ministry in general are welcome to come in if they have a problem or need to see one of the said Heads. No appointment is necessary!

Edward was sitting at his desk reviewing security logs when an owl flew in, which was odd enough in itself in the Ministry when he read the following note.

Grabbing his robe, Edward headed to level 3.

A neatly folded pink memo in the shape of a broomstick flew into the Level 8 Head office and landed nearly on the largest desk in the room, which could only belong to that of Delilah Carter. It unfolded itself before the recipient's eyes and read as follows:

Delilah Carter walked swiftly into her shared office; she was taking a break from her other duties to check if any new notices or memos had come in. The woman wasn't totally surprised to see a note on her desk. Delilah strode over and picked up the paper; instantly she recognized it as one from the Magical Transportation Department on Level Six.

After reading through it once, Delilah pulled out her short wand. The Department Head did a quick duplicating charm, and suddenly, there was an exact copy of the notice. Delilah placed the extra copy on Louisa's desk and slid the original into her pocket. She then turned back towards the door and walked briskly out. The woman was headed to the meeting room; she needed to inform everyone in the Maintenance Department about this infestation before it got too out of control.

Wyatt quickly knocked on the door and entered the room and nodded to the Heads. He quickly stated "Sorry for the intrusion but this sir had brought to my attention that you would want to hear about."

A silver, shimmery lioness ran into the office. It stopped and a loud, panicked voice came out of it. "Nathan, it's Lola, you need to get to Level 5, now!" With that the lioness stalked away and vanished into the air.

Delilah walked casually into her office, surprised to see it rather crowded. The only people she thought she'd possibly see there were her division heads, but neither of them were present. Instead, the large room was playing host to a couple people that the Department Head was rather sure she'd never seen.

"Hello," she said, her voice casual but still alert. "Could I help you all with something?" Delilah smiled, glancing from face to face.

A silvery deer entered the office, it looked adorable, then the voice of a man echoed in the room,

URGENT TO ALL EMPLOYEES, The Erkling and the Sphynx kept in the Holding Room, at the Magical Creatures Department had escaped, we're working to find its locations. It is assumed the Houese-Elves were the ones who set them free. Careful about the children in the Ministry. Jack Lockhart. Being Division Head. Level 4.

Unlike the other woman in Level Eight office, Delilah Carter didn't gasp or squeal when the silvery patronus appeared in her office. Instead, she grabbed a quill off her co-worker's nearby desk, along with a spare piece of parchment. The woman copied down the patronus' message, her handwriting a bit scratchy due to the quickness she was forced to write with.

Once the deer vanished, Delilah turned back towards the woman. She listened carefully, nodding occasionally. "Bewitch the sky, check the guests," she repeated casually, smiling slightly. "What's the date of the wedding?" Delilah asked, unsure of how long her Department had to get the Atrium sky done. Honestly, she knew very little about the Minister's upcoming wedding.

Edward tried to begin wrapping up the paperwork he was working on. It was difficult as he thought of what lay ahead. He was reading over the incident report for the fifteenth time, again as he thought of Si.

It was a good time he had everytime he was with her and he smiled.

Siobhan slipped quietly into the Level Eight hallway. She continued smiling as she reached Edward's office. She knocked on the door leaning against the doorpost and said, "Hey there stranger." with a small grin on her face.

He heard a knock and was startled back to the present. Smiling he stood and came around his desk to greet her. Opening his arms he said, "Si! Am I ever glad to see you."

Siobhan walked forward to hug Edward. She breathed in deeply filling her lungs with the scent of his clothes. Then she looked up at him and said, "Did you miss me?"

He smiled as she stood in the hug. He looked down at her and said, "Is a snitch hard to catch?" He leaned down and pecked her forehead.

Siobhan grinned and closed her eyes as she felt Edward's lips touch her warm skin. Even though she was warm, she gave a slight shiver and looked up at Edward again with longing eyes. "So you ready to get out of here or should I wait a little longer?" she asked him, her bright blue eyes shining in the light outside the office window.

He felt her slight tremor and smiled to himself. It was so nice being here with her.

"Well, I've just a few things to tie up. You want to have a seat?" He hated to keep her waiting, but he couldn't just leave these things scattered about his desk.

"Okay then." Siobhan said as she took a seat beside Edward's desk. She watched earnestly as Edward continued his work. She began to twirl her chocolate colored hair around her index finger. Her eyes began to scan the room, taking in the sights that was her lover's office.

He tried to work as quickly as possible, but it was hard with her sitting there. He watched her twirl her hair for a minute and smiled.

Putting away the last file, he stood and grabbed his blazer. "Ready?"

"Yes." Siobhan replied as she quickly stood up from the chair and grinned at Edward. She held out her hand for him to hold as they walked out of his office.
