Bella blinked as she looked around the Cafeteria. It was empty. Unusually empty. The cafe was usually full of people, maybe nobody was hungry ... ?
She shifted her eyes to the counter and walked over, her heels making the clack, clack noise which heels usually make. She already knew the menu of the cafe by heart of course, having spent quite a lot of her free time in here. She ordered a croissent for herself and then walked over to one of the tables, placing her files and magazines on one side and the plate with her breakfast right in front of the chair.
After she was finished with her breakfast, she grabbed all her stuff and hurried off to Level 1. | |

Dora entered the cafeteria smiling. The day started great for her, and she was confidant it would continue that way. The cafeteria wasn't crowded at all. She easily found a table, where she sat and read a few chapters of her mother's book while eating breakfast.
She had just a few slices of bread with marmelade, but coffee is what she really needed. She drank one cup, and then gathered her things, heading for the lifts. | |

Louisa walked through the cafeteria, grateful that it was quiet. She headed to the counter. "Can I have two blueberry muffins and a large coffee to go please?"
After being served, she found a quiet table under one of the magical windows, and read the newspaper, waiting to start work. After around 15 minutes, Louisa got up and headed to her department..

Alexander had come early to the Ministry today, deciding to skip breakfast but before he had even got to the office he was starving so he made his way to the Cafeteria.
It was unusually empty for a place with food but Alexander used this to his advantage and quickly bought food. He took a seat at a free table, nibbling subconsciously at his piece of toast. | |

She almost fell over as she saw Alexander from across the hall to her. He was the head of the Department along the corridor. And yes, she had a small soft spot for him. But enough of that.
Quickly paying for a coffee and bagel, Shylo shuffled into the corner and opened her book. Occasionally, she peered over the top to catch of glance of the wonderful man. She even smiled. Once. | |

Alexander came out of his trance of eating toast when a particular person came in. Shylo. In Alexander's eyes (and probably a lot of people's eyes) she was beautiful and he couldn't help but gawp at her when she came past.
But she didn't come and sit with him, she went and sat in the corner and read a book. Eurgh, a book. How Alexander hated anything remotely educational. He kept watching her and occasionally he saw her glimpsing over. When he thought they had caught each other's eye he braved a small wave in her direction, smiling at her. | |
