If you are successfully swimming through the sea of people moving everwhere in this most busiest level of Ministry, you can see the department head's office behind the busy security desk. A shiny brass nameplate on the door reads..





Just step in to see you new department head's neat sparkling clean, bright, airy office with light beige flooring and walls, contrasting with
woodgrain Rosewood furnitures. On the left side of the large rectangle center table, a large book shelf contains various books according to his taste from Wizarding world to muggles'. Otherwise No unnecessary ornamental stuffs on the wall besides one or two portraits of his dear ones. You can approach this 24 year old cool head at anytime before and after office hours. Just relax in the squishy chairs in front of his table and enjoy the photographs which are neatly laminated below the glass top of the table if he's not in the office, he'll approach you soon.

He's not a big fan of formalities..but a lil politeness will be appreciated. For your favour, a small interesting bit of information about him. He can trade anything for a cup of nice coffee (dont ask too much..haha). And flirting is strictly prohibited inside his office. it's not applied for him though. ;]

Edward laughed as he walked up to his 'new' boss's office door. He knocked, not sure of the protocol with his friend, but he knew he needed to take care not to be too familiar with him.

Brian looked up from the workpapers, he was working on that moment as he heard a gentle knock. Through the glass door, he found Edward was standing there. He stood up, taking few steps forward, "Aw..Edward, come inside.." he greeted with his wide stretched hands and his familiar smile as his face brightened up at the sight of his friend.

Wyatt walked up to the door of the new Head of Magical Security and Maintenance. He knocked promptly three times and waited.

Another knock. Welcoming one. The glass didnt hide anything behind the door. "Yes, come in.." he said to the other guy as he was waiting for Edward who was just stepping inside the room.

Wyatt walked into the room and he noticed Edward was there, he then said "Hello Edward. How are you this fine day?" as he put his hand out to shake his hand.

Edward smiled as his friend greeted him. Perhaps they wouldn't have to change yet, but he knew there would come a day when business would overrule the friendship they shared. He was grateful for Brian as a boss and he hoped that they could work through any issues which might come up.

Wyatt came in and greeted him. "Hey Wyatt. Not much, same thing you're doing. Greeting the new boss."

Brian reached him quickly, "Welcome back..my friend," he greeted again, gave him a warm hug. He pulled back, watching his expressions amusingly. what he's thinking? confused over how to approach to me? oh dude..he chuckled, shaking his head mildly, smiling, "I'm your same old cool headed Brian and will remain the same.." he smirked, before patted his back.

Watching Edward and the new person was interacting with each other, he was satisfied.

"My apologies. I forgot to introduce my self. My name is Wyatt Potter." He put his hand out to shake his hand. After he shook his hand he also said "One thing else that you might want to know is that I am an Animagi." He turned into a black cat with orange eyes and a white stripe down the side of him.

"It's alright. Interacting with collegues is healthy.." Brian said, stretched his hand to shake Wyatt's hand. But before he opened his mouth further, the guy went to demonstrate his Animagi form. Quite Interesting. "Impressive Wyatt.." he nodded, "You must be helpful in future..er..when the situation arrive.." he smirked, smiling all the way.

Wyatt changed back and said "Really? Well if you need me you know where I be."

"Sure, sure," Brian agreed with him, "Take your seat, and tell me of your work briefly.." he said, turned to look at Edward who was still silent. Come on man...

Wyatt took a seat and he then said "Well. I log and file who had visited the Minstry the day before." He flicked his wand and the spike from behind the security desk came tohim full and he then said "I type these up on a single sheet of paper and then I file the paper according by date but when I type up tthe people I put them in order by there last name. I also help out Edward with some of the other stuff and I am also here to hlp you if you need me to do anything." He flicked his wand and the spike went into his office next to the typewritter and an empty one went out to the security desk. "So basiclly I am like a Assistant Division Head and what not."

Samantha approached Brian's office, waiting for Ben to catch up to her. She knocked quickly on the door and waited for the new Department Head to answer so they could speak with him about Reagan's campaign and see what they thought of the ideas they had come up with.

Ben hurried up behind Samantha, carrying with him a basket full of origami figures. Mostly swans, but he had a few owls and even a hippogriff or two tossed in there was well. All of them unfolded to a piece of paper saying "Welcome to the Ministry!" although he honestly hoped he wouldn't unwrap TOO many...this had taken him almost ten minutes with the help of his wand to finish all of these. "Do you think he'll like these?" he asked, knowing that not everyone had the same fondness for folded up birds as he did.

Samantha looked over and saw the origami animals that Ben had in the basket. "Yes, I do!", she exclaimed. "Those are perfect, and you really are quite talented, aren't you?" She had always liked origami figures, though she had never tried making them herself.

Brian took the papers from Wyatt, going through a glance thoroughly, "Nice work you have done..Wyatt," he looked up, "Can you do me a favour?" he paused, handed over the papers to him again, "I want the list of last month's visitors, if possible with some details.." Brian said, walking back to his chair.

When he took his place, he heard another knock. Two people looking like enthusiastics, standing behind his office door. "Yes..Come in.." he said, gestured them to get in, happy about his new job which was more interesting than the previous one.

Edward saw that the opportunity to chat had passed and excused himself. "If you will excuse me, I've got some things to take care of. Wyatt is one of my best employees."

With that, Edward turned and left.

Wyatt Left the office and went to office to look through his file to find Last months visitors. He typed down before.

Ben walked into the office once Brian invited them inside. He had never been in the office when Egypt worked there, so he couldn't exactly say if anything looked different or not.

"Hello Mr. Lee," Ben said with a grin, holding out his basket of origami. "Welcome to the Ministry! I'm Ben Cobblesten, Department Head of Level 3, Accidents and Catastrophes floor, at your service," he added with a small chuckle. He gestured for Samantha to follow him inside and introduce herself to him as well. Talk of the election could come once introductions were taking care of.

Brian nodded, "Okay..Edward," he said, not entirely happy about his friend's sudden exit, but he understood the situation. "But..get ready for some surprise.." he chuckled as shook his head, watching him headed out followed by Wyatt.

Brian turned his attention to the new visitor, "Oh..Hello..Mr. Cobblesten, Thank you, nice to meet you, " he greeted warmly, took a glance at the basket which was full of Origamis. A Nice gesture from the other department head. "This's cool, thank you again.." he took the basket from him and placed it on his table in the safe place, looked up, "Actually, I'm a fan of this great Japanese art.." smiling all the way, "take your seats and make yourself comfortable, " he gestured the seats in front of his table.

"Hello, Mr. Lee, it's very nice to meet you," Samantha extended her hand, then took a seat in front of the desk. "I'm Samantha Rose, Head of Magical Education. Lovely office you have here." She smiled warmly, wondering how to begin the topic she and Ben had come here to discuss.

"Glad to meet you Samantha.." Brian shook his hand with hers, smiling as she complimented about the office. "Thank you, that's nice of you," he acknowldged properly, looking at the two nice people in front of him. "Anything can I help you?" he was started the conversation, in a nice way.

Samantha decided maybe the best thing was simply to cut to the chase. "Well, we came to welcome you to the Ministry, of course, but that isn't quite the whole reason we're here," she admitted. "We wanted to talk to you about something else, to see if you would be interested in an idea we have. But first, there is something we need to ask you and that is simply, how do you feel about the upcoming election?"

Brian was listening her carefully as his elbows rested on the table. They came in with election ideas. May be some interesting stuff for his hungry mind. Well..it was not new for him from what he heard some talks in Reagan's office a while before when he visited there. His right hand scratching his chin as he spoke, "Well..I'm not new to the Ministry. I was working as a Laision in the Ministry office, " he grinned, "Umm..I got the point.....now," he did. he smiled, "Well..elections are must much needed atleast once in a while.." he paused, leaned back a bit in his chair, "I'm not biased, but we need changes.." A good change he said, already started to think about taking part in the election process, surely not as a candidate.
