Nodding, he smiled at the book, he'd heard good reviews of it, "I've heard of it never read it myself though. Should let me know if it's one I should take a look at." He added with a wink. He was always looking for good reading.

Always? He knew that everyone had their moments, but it was good to stay upbeat! "That's good." he responded with another smile, "I'm looking forward to finally being out there again for work, not in an office I mean."

Shaking his head he nodded toward the paper he'd dropped on her desk "Nope, just making sure our team got the layout of the plan, and to answer any questions anyone might have thought of."

Leaning sideways onto the cubicle wall, he stopped as Jack asked if everything was alright. "Guess it's just nerves about France. So much could go wrong, you know." he said the last part quietly so no one else might eavesdrop. He knew Jack was newer, but he'd rather not let his fears be known to the women on their team.

But knew Jack would understand, being a guy and all.

"That is good that you are doing well." She smiled, "And i am doing likewise. I finally got a good night sleep last night." Elizabeth chuckled and looked back at her computer quickly sending the email she was working on before Gavin stopped by. She looked up at Gavin again. He looked slightly stressed but work could do that to people. "Doing you need a break? You look kinda of stressed." Her smile soften a little.

Nicole nodded at Gavin and said "Sure will." She probably would be done with it by the time they head over to France. She placed her book down and grabbed the paper he gave her and asked, "So everything for the trip is ready?"

"That's good!" They would all need a good night sleep before the France thing, though he did look forward to the weekend in France right before. "Katrina and I are looking at spending this weekend in France, so I think the break will be nice." he said with a smile. "It's just been stressful with the thoughts of the France thing next week. Once it's over I'm sure I'll be fine." he added laughing a little.

"I think so. We've got most of what we know figured out I think. It's the unknown though that worries me." he said with a shrug of his shoulders. That's always what got to him, what might happen. "Are you ready for the trip?"

[Colors="Teal"] Smiling Nicole nodded and said, "I'm pretty excited. I'm a bit worried about it all though." this was her first time going on a trip like this for work. She wonders if it will all go right and nothing bad would happen.[/color]

"Yeah espeically after three nights of having to stay up with a sick baby." She chuckled some, and about the break for him, "That is good." Elizabeth smiled, "I bet it has been a bit stressful."

Katrina walked into the cubicle area to see that Gavin was.... mingling? Yay! See she knew he had it in him. She stopped by her cubicle and picked up the paper he left on her desk. She looked it over and placed it back down on her desk. Katrina walked over to Gavin and put her hand on his arm. "Hello everyone. How are you?" she addressed the group.

Elizabeth looked over at Katrina and smiled, "Hello Katrina. I'm good and you?" She looked over at the computer then back up at the lady.

Looking up Nicole saw Katrina and said, "Hello Katrina. I'm good, how about you?"

"Oh great, so that means you are more of a hands-on person, right?" Angela asked Gavin. Because she herself wasn't much of a adventurous type, and preferred paperwork and backstage things more...

"So when are we leaving for France?" Angie asked.

Angela looked as Katrina came and joined Gavin. "Hello Katrina.. Good to see you again!" she replied smiling.

Nodding he was relieved he wasn't the only one worried about it. "Is something bothering you about the plans? What's worrying you about it?" he asked gently. He wanted to know his teams fears, that way he could see what he could do to omit the fears. Maybe even his own if he were lucky!

Ouch! "Not good. Is he any better?" Or was it a girl. It made him feel ashamed to not even know that Elizabeth had a baby! "Just a little." he joked shrugging his shoulders. It was work and he knew that things weren't always as easy as you'd like.

Feeling a hand on his arm, he smiled and his face lit up as Katrina spoke. Beaming at her his hand covered hers lightly without even thinking as she and Elizabeth exchanged conversation.

His attention had turned to Katrina but he didn't ignore those he was talking to still. A grin appeared at Angela's question "Yeah, I prefer being out in the field, rather then in an office really."

"In 3 days time actually." he said in reply to her other question.

"Yeah, I think everything will turn out fine. We have a good team and you seem like a capable leader." Jack said trying to reassure Gavin. "Let me know if there's anything i can do to help."

Elizabeth nodded, "Yeah he is fine now." She smiled, "It was a slight fever but all is well." About the stressful thing, "I bet all will go perfectly." Though she herself didnt quite believe it 100% but she was pretty sure all was going to go well.

Nicole hope she didn't say it to Gavin to give him the wrong idea. "I guess I'm just worried because this is my first time doing something like this," She told him with a small smile while eyeing the paper he gave her about the trip.

"I'm good thank you." Katrina said smiling. She had never really talked to Elizabeth, but she was a very nice person. "How is your baby?" she asked. She did know that about the woman.

"Very good, thank you." she said.

"Good to see you too, Angela." Katrina smiled. "How are you?"

"Hey there. How are you?" she asked smiling back at Gavin.

"Are you all ready for our trip?" Katrina and Gavin were going this weekend and everyone else would join them later. She was nervous and bet everyone else was, too.

"That is good that you are doing good." She smiled. In reply to the baby question, Elizabeth said, "He is doing well. He doesn't have a fever anymore." She smiled, "Thank you for asking." Elizabeth thought that was weird pharsing but couldn't think of a way to say it where it didnt sound weird.

Nodding he knew things could very well turn out just fine, it was still the unknown that would bother him til this was over. Smiling he dipped his head a little at Jack's words. "I will, at the moment I think we've done all we can to prepare." He knew that he didn't have to tell him to aid everyone in any way he could. Because they all would do that, it was a given.

"That's good." he said nodding at Elizabeth. "It's hard when their sick, especially when they're little and can't say what's wrong." he knew that by helping care for Katrina's brother and sister. There was a lot more to it when taking care of younger children!

Smiling he nodded again at her next words "That'd be good."

Smiling gently at Nicole he nodded "It's good to be working in a team then. It'll give you protection and help at the same time."

"I'm good." he said smiling down at her. "I can't wait, I think I got everything ready to go." Ok, he'd been packed for a few days now, in the excitement of the trip with just his fiance! "How are you? Are you ready for our trip?"

Elizabeth nodded, "Yeah espeically when he is only a month old." She frowned slightly but then her smile returned brighter than before, "I am lucky that he came out of the fever without any harm done." To the other part, Elizabeth nodded again, "Yeah it will be."

Nicole smiled up at him and said, "Yes, I'm glade we will be in groups." Apart of being a bit worried she was excited for the trip.

"Oh, the poor thing had a fever?" Katrina asked. She knew hard that was. She had always helped their maid when her siblings were sick. "How old is he?"

"I'm great. Super excited!" Katrina smiled. "I think everything is ready for me too. I arranged for my friend and the Nanny Holly to alternate picking up the kids and my cleared my schedule." Not that she had a schedule. All the symphonies and dance companies were on tour, so she had nothing to do but pick up her siblings.

Elizabeth nodded, "Yeah he did and he is a little over a month old." She smiled, "I'm just happy that he came out of it safely without any harm."

"That is good. You never know what even just a fever can do to such a young child." his smile was sincere, especially when he saw how worried Elizabeth was. Nodding again at her words he looked over at Nicole again.

Nodding at her comment he agreed totally "I wouldn't want it any other way. If things were to turn bad, we're not really ready for a fight, I'm sure some could hold their own but..." Leaving it at that, he didn't go on, because to dwell on that would just make the worry worse in all of them.

Squeezing her hand gently he nodded "Me too." he said softly. "Next time we'll bring them. Perhaps to the animal swap in Essex next month." They'd talked of getting a few animals, he was willing to bet the kids would love to see all the animals. Those two had won his heart even before Katrina had fully won his. They were so sweet and innocent!

Nicole nodded understanding what Gavin ment. "Do you know who exactly the people are selling these things?" She didn't know much about Undercover Buyers but she will find out soon on the trip.

Elizabeth nodded, "Yeah and not being able to help him except to try to cool him now." Her smile threatened to flicker back to a frown but her smile held. She laughed, Elizabeth had no clue what to say next so she excused herself by saying, "I would love to talk more with you but i need to finish up some paperwork." She gestured to the pile on her desk.

"Just a little not really specifics though." he said with a thoughtful look on his face "I wish I knew more, but Pierre didn't really give much on specifics. For all we know they all speak Italian, and the French interpreters will be overkill." laughing he shook his head "Ok wrong choice of words, but hopefully we'll know more when we get there."

Nodding he understood that, with Jackson having been sick lately, it was hard not knowing really what you could do if anything. "No worries, I'm just gonna finish dropping these off." he said indicating his own papers. "Catch you later!"
