As a result, there are several divisions in this department, dedicated to some form surveillance, detection or investigation. Careful records are kept in this department and field work becomes a must when matters concerning the improper use of magic are concerned. The Improper Use of Magic Office deals with offences that are more regulatory in nature than criminal, but will cooperate with MLES where required if offenses escalate or are committed by a wanted criminal. The Magical Law Enforcement Squad is tasked with general law enforcement, the investigation of suspected crime in the Wizarding World and the capture of dangerous Wizarding criminals. Divided between Hit Wizards and Patrol Officers, the MLES ensures that Wizarding Law is followed to the letter and works with other specialty divisions within the Department of Magical Law Enforcement where required if the criminal activity overlaps. Hit Wizard is a specialty role which requires in depth training and high grades in school to get into the training program. Patrol Officers do not need to go through the same initial in-depth training, and may work through the ranks to be accepted as a Hit Wizard once the Department Head judges the field experience matches the required training. MLES employees may work undercover, patrol Wizarding Britain, and participate in covert operations as required.

Aurors are an elite magical law enforcement unit tasked with protecting the Wizarding World from dark wizards and witches. They specialise in the identification and defence against dark magic and are taught to use any means necessary to take down a dark wizard. They are licensed to use even unforgivable curses if a situation calls for it.. It takes three years of training in order to become an Auror and this is usually done at a specialised training institution, of which there are several in the Wizarding World. MLE employees in other divisions may undertake training if they wish to become an auror at the discretion of the Department Head. Formerly part of a now defunct department once shared with the Maintenance office, The Security office has always existed in some form or another in the British Ministry, but it is only in recent years that it has become a necessity. There are many roles in Ministry security ranging from the Wand Weighers who work in the atrium, to special event security, internal liaisons and internal investigations specialists, sentinels and level guards. Some of the security work requires specialty knowledge while other positions are entry level. Because the employees of the Security Office must work closely with Law Enforcement, and indeed are required to undergo much of the same training, the Department of Law Enforcement has recently absorbed the Security Office in order to ensure it operates to the highest of standards and the British Ministry is as well protected internally as Wizarding Britain is protected externally.

The Wizengamot is wizarding Britain's judicial and legislative authority and serves both as high court of law and parliament. A branch of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, there are fifty members in the Wizengamot at any one time, made up of important personages of Wizarding society. They are only summoned to the ministry when required and in most cases, only a selection of the fifty will be called upon at any one time. The Wizengamot wear plum coloured robes embroidered with a silver letter W when court is in session. Aside from the Wizengamot itself, the division contains the Wizengamot Administration Services office and the British Office of Wizarding Law. The Wizengamot Administration Services office employs a court scribe to sit in on Wizengamot sessions, manage the Wizengamot roster, and work with all departments across the ministry, via the Department of Magical Law Enforcement in regards to setting court dates and hearings for offenders. They also help source mediators, lawyers and advisors as required by the wizarding public. The British Office of Wizarding Law provide courtroom prosecutors, mediators, documentation experts, and legislators as required by the ministry. They work closely with the International Office of Law found on level five.

The Administration staff of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement includes the Department Head, the Liaisons, and the heads and any receptionists or personal assistants assigned to this level. Members of committees and special investigative bureaus are also listed here, though these roles may be in addition to other positions within the department. Where employees of other departments are listed as members of committees and investigative councils, they are honorary members and present in an advisory capacity.

Requirements and Role Description:
The Department Head of Magical Law Enforcement is tasked with the day to day running of level 2 and must be familiar with all aspects of the divisions which the position oversees. Extensive knowledge of magical law, defensive magic, magical history--among other things--are necessary, and leadership skills are a must. The Department Head will liaise with the Minister of Magic but is required to make decisions which affect Wizarding Britain independently, and take responsibility for all particulars which fall under the jurisdiction of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. The Department Head must sit on the Wizengamot and other interdepartmental committees and boards from time to time as a consultant. At least seven NEWTS, qualifications at a university level, and at least seven years experience in the industry are required for this position.

ABOUT
The only child of two alleged purebloods, Jake was born on 31st August 2056; he and his mother were abandoned by his father three months later. Despite his wizarding heritage, Jake was raised as a muggle by his single mother, who struggled to cope, but attended Hogwarts from the age of eleven. Before he turned twelve, tensions at home reached breaking point, and Jake's mother unceremoniously washed her hands of him.
After the rollercoaster ride that was life between the ages of eleven and seventeen, Jake struggled to settle both in life and in a career. He passed through several jobs, attended university (twice), and drifted romantically as well as geographically. At the age of 30, after discovering his girlfriend Becca was pregnant with twins, he returned to his job as a Hit Wizard, and had stayed with the Ministry ever since.

Personality: Roselynn is a very confident and ambitious person. If there was a goal in her sights that she really wanted to accomplish, the Voss child would surely find a means to achieve it. No matter what it was, or how it got done, it would happen. She also holds herself to a very high standard, because being an only child, Roselynn’s parents had high hopes for her growing up. So, even to this day, she always keeps to said standards and expects herself to become very successful in life, wherever it may take her. Roselynn is very bubbly, not in the eccentric sense, but she just has the aura about her that’s full of life and energy. You will always catch her with a smile on her face, even when things seem grim. She is the epitome of the light at the end of a tunnel. Honesty is one of the qualities that she likes to see most in a person, and she follows that so much to the point where she can sometimes come across as a bit blunt and crass at times. Making it a weird juxtaposition of what would seem to be rude information, but it’s coming from a ball of sunshine. With that being said though, Roselynn is sort of self-aware with this, and will try to either mention beforehand or after that she’s not trying to be rude with said information. Accidents do happen though, and sometimes it will just slip. Another thing, she is one of those people who say what they think; whether it was asked for or not.
History: From a very young age, Roselynn displayed this ability to reach a goal, and then go even further. She was always an overachiever, both in regular life and in school. That’s what was expected of her, so that’s what she gave. Roselynn’s parents never hid magic from her growing up, as they saw no need to do so. They told her about it the instant she could basically comprehend what it was. Until she turned eleven, they placed her in a private muggle school, as they saw regular information was just as important as magical information. Even during the summers, they made sure her knowledge was up to speed. Most of her time was spent indoors, but that only stirred this sense of wanting to go out and explore. Which she was eventually able to achieve.
When she received her letter to Hogwarts, Roselynn’s parents were thrilled, and enrolled her right away. This was her first time ever being so far away from home though, but she didn’t mind at all! It was a much needed break for her, to finally be able to meet a plethora of new people, adventure a bold new place, and learn a multitude of new things! When the girl wasn’t in class or doing homework, she was outside and roaming the castle! Always looking for new places to go to, or people to talk to!
She excelled in essentially all of her classes, except for Arithmancy and Care of Magical creatures. Her true talent lied in spellwork, and not numbers or the properties of Veela hair. There was just this constant fascination for learning new spells and casting them. Especially when it came to Charms and Offensive Magics; not necessarily hexes and curses; but more so spells that would stun opponents. She would also get creative with casting, one of her favorites being to conjure a small flock of birds with Avis, and then send them after the target with Oppugno.
Although she didn’t become Prefect for Slytherin, she was definitely one of the top students in her class. Getting an O on several of her O.W.L.s, the lowest mark that she had received was an E. Even that’s not horrible. Throughout the years at Hogwarts, she had spent her time taking in a vast amount of knowledge. One of the many things that had interested her was wandless and wordless magic, but she wouldn’t be able to achieve those goals that soon. It was definitely a goal she had set in mind though, as well as spell creation.
Upon graduation, Roselynn set her sights for America. The pull of an entirely new country had called to her. It was there that she took up interest in joining Magical Law Enforcement and Investigation. In America, she had started to train alongside the investigators there. This was no light work though. Everything turned out to be exhausting; long days of vigorous learning, exercise, and moving about. On the bright side though, this was when she had gotten the opportunity to finally start to learn wandless magic. Starting small, with Lumos, it had taken her nearly 6 months of constant practice to finally be able to do it. When those 6 months were up, her mentor had then switched to teaching her the same thing but to do so without actually verbally saying the spell. That alone took another 6 months, and Roselynn still required the use of her wand.
When things were starting to look as if she was about ready to become an investigator herself, Roselynn received a phone call from home. It was about her mom. She had past due to a house fire. Devastated, she immediately packed her things, and headed back to Essex to move back in with her father. The grief made the two mourn for almost a few months, but Roselynn knew they couldn’t stay in that state of mind forever. So, she had set up a small private investigative service of her own in Essex; both magical and non-magical. This was also the point when she really started to hone in more on wandless and wordless magic. Roselynn made sure to set at least 5 minutes aside each day to practice one or the other.

Artifact Control and Legislation Compliance Officer - [2] WANTED Requirements and Role Description:
An Artifact Control and Legislation Compliance Officer will meet set objectives; participate in investigations and undercover operations, and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all laws governing the Modification of Muggle Artifacts. The will also conduct periodic checks on Modified Muggle Artifacts, both items available commercially or those privately owned. The successful applicant will have good knowledge of magical laws and standards in regards to Muggle laws and Muggle Artifact regulation, a proven ability to identify and safely handle dark or dangerous magic and a willingness to work with other departments where necessary. An Artefact Control Officer is a field agent for this Office, and must be able to cope under pressure and work effectively in dangerous situations. IUMO Laboratory Supervisor [1] WANTED Requirements and Role Description:
The laboratory supervisor works to ensure the laboratory is kept in working order and the required equipment is provided. The supervisor will oversee IUMO Specialists within the laboratory and give aid where required. The supervisor will liaise with other departments to provide necessary services. The IUMO laboratory supervisor is primarily based in the lab but may be required to work with the IUMO Investigation team in the field on occasion. IUMO Counterfeit Magic and Charmed Artifact Identification Specialist [2] WANTED Requirements and Role Description:
A Counterfeit Magic Identification Specialist will analyse any and all evidence brought in for testing by Magical Law Enforcement as well as any other Ministry Department as required. MAGICAL LAW ENFORCEMENT SQUAD (MLES)
The Magical Law Enforcement Squad is tasked with general law enforcement, the investigation of suspected crime in the Wizarding World and the capture of dangerous Wizarding criminals. Divided between Hit Wizards and Patrol Officers, the MLES ensures that Wizarding Law is followed to the letter and works with other specialty divisions within the Department of Magical Law Enforcement where required if the criminal activity overlaps. Hit Wizard is a specialty role which requires in depth training and high grades in school to get into the training program. Patrol Officers do not need to go through the same initial in-depth training, and may work through the ranks to be accepted as a Hit Wizard once the Department Head judges the field experience matches the required training. MLES employees may work undercover, patrol Wizarding Britain, and participate in covert operations as required.

As an entry level position, there are no prerequisites for this job. Aside from the required training undertaken in a three month orientation, either on the job or in a training institution, MLES Patrol Officers may apply to train in any Hit Wizard courses as they become available. Upon gaining the core Hit Wizard subjects and demonstrating applied competence in each, a patrol officer may apply for Hit Wizard certification which will be accepted or declined at the Department head's discretion. Before the evidence retrieval is done. The Crime Scene Photographer must go in and take pictures of everything in the vicinity, getting as much detail of the scene as they can. They must not touch or move any object on the scene. The successful applicant will have a working knowledge of how magical and nonmagical cameras work. They will also be able to develop the pictures that have been taken. Specialist skills are preferred but not required as they will be developed on the job. History: Kevin Hirase was born in Tokyo Japan as Kenji Hirase in a pureblooded family.. His parents moved to England after his father was offered a job at the British Ministry of Magic. In England, Kevin was bullied by the neighbourhood kids after they had found out that he was different. At first, his eyes were the reason for the bullying until he had lost control of his magical powers and he had used it to defend himself. The neighbourhood kids became scared of him and he was eventually known as a freak.
He had no friends, was constantly alone and although he knew that his mother loved him, his father was mostly dissapointed in him. When he turned eleven and went to Hogwarts, Kevin was sorted in to Gryffindor and he vowed to not be bullied again. And his solution was to become one. He defied authority, refused to do homework, did not pay attention in classes and always talked back. Eventually, he had grown so confident that he resulted in to attacking unexpected victims with what he thought were harmless pranks.
In his second year, Kevin got his first friend. Zander Adair was an older Gryffindor student and the two bonded after working together to stop Peeves from tearing up the boys dormitory . But the friendship did not stop his acts and eventually in his fourth year during a mandatory duelling lesson, Kevin had to go to the Headmistress office after attacking his Head of House behind his back. He was expelled from school and set on the train back home.
At first, he naturally blamed everything and everyone but himself but as the days past by he realised that he was doing something terribly wrong. He decided to change his life around and he accepted to be homeschooled. With a new vision, Kevin realised he had a thing for learning. In fact, he absorbed information and later he had granted permission to come back to Hogwarts for his OWLs and NEWTs exams.
His grades gave him a new way towards Edinburgh University to study Advanced Potions. He studied for three years and graduated with top grades. After graduating, Kevin decided to find a job and after searching around he eventually applied at the Ministry. After a couple of interviews he was eventually accepted at the Department of Magical Law Enforcement as a Pensieve Review Specialist to analyse crimes in detail.

THE AUROR OFFICE
Aurors are an elite magical law enforcement unit tasked with protecting the Wizarding World from dark wizards and witches. They specialise in the identification and defence against dark magic and are taught to use any means necessary to take down a dark wizard. They are licensed to use even unforgivable curses if a situation calls for it.. It takes three years of training in order to become an Auror and this is usually done at a specialised training institution, of which there are several in the Wizarding World. MLE employees in other divisions may undertake training if they wish to become an auror at the discretion of the Department Head. Some of the required subjects include Stealth and Tracking, Advanced Magical Combat and Concealment and Disguise.

There are various rankings within the category of "Aurors," such as (from the top down): Head Auror, Senior Auror, Auror, Junior Auror, and YATI Trainee. Aurors may move up in rankings with experience and years of service.
After the birth of her twin daughters in 2061, Headmistress Cassandra Rae-Branxton and her husband Professor Doyle Branxton decided to continue to raise their girls within the ancient Hogwarts castle. The girls spent their early formative years in a classroom-turned-nursery that was frequented by occasional students and professors and by many of the house elves. Even as very young children, the differences in the twins' temperaments was very apparent; Sophia was quiet and self-contained while Genevieve was noisy and energetic and desirous of attention.
In 2066, after a kidnapping, several invasions by the Ministry, and (most traumatic of all) the birth of younger brother Marcus Orion, Cassandra and Doyle decided that raising the children within Hogwarts was no longer the best option. Doyle removed to the country with the three young Branxton children, setting up house in a country manor with easy Floo access for Cassandra. Separated from her family, Cassandra Rae-Branxton only lasted a year longer in the role of Headmistress before she retired from Hogwarts - although she has not retired to a life of leisure.
The Branxton twins were very excited about starting at Hogwarts in the months leading up to their first year. Both girls recalled the school with foggy memories, and Genevieve in particular was eager to expand their range of mischief-making to new grounds that did not include parents attuned to their brand of trouble. It came as a great shock, however, when Doyle and Cassandra informed the twins that Sophia alone would be attending Hogwarts, while Genevieve would be sent to Beauxbatons. Concerned with the insular and secretive habits that can sometimes develop in twins and by the fact that the twins (and Sophia in particular) seemed to rely on each other a bit too much, the couple made the difficult decision to separate the girls for at least their first few years at school.
Although initially traumatized and angry by the betrayal of her parents and the removal of her twin and best friend, Genevieve settled easily into life at Beauxbatons. Classes came easily to the young girl, especially those topics that intrigued her or captured her interest, and Genevieve had no trouble making new friends - although they were more willing minions than equals. As a natural leader (read: bossy) and planner, Genevieve caused her share of scrapes and issues at the school, but she managed to avoid being caught, for the most part. On those occasions she was caught, her minor celebrity status as the daughter of a Headmistress and niece of Brennan Cooper, former Minister of Magic, gave her enough social currency to buy her way out of trouble. The result: a clever, headstrong girl with no real idea about the consequences to her actions.
Genevieve chose to leave Beauxbatons and all her friends there after her sixth year in order to attend Hogwarts. Knowing that her career plans after school would require her graduation from Hogwarts specifically, Genevieve made the difficult decision to attend Hogwarts for her final year. To the outward observers, namely her parents and friends, Genevieve had no concerns about changing schools or starting her seventh year in a new place, but it was a hard move and touched on some of her better hidden insecurities. Luckily, she settled in without incident and soon made a few friends. While never the center of a social maelstrom, Genevieve made lasting friendships while at Hogwarts that have served her into young adulthood.
Personality
Professors used adjectives such as 'spirited' and 'restless' when they referred to Genevieve Branxton, and those were rather generous adjectives. When she had her twin to act as balance, Genevieve was able to show restraint in her plans, to defer to another point of view, and to dedicate her attention to matters that weren't of particular importance to her. With the loss of Sophia's influence, Genevieve would sometimes tend toward selfish tunnel vision where she saw only her own needs or interests. Although she is not specifically cruel, this limited vision paired with her dry wit and quick temper could leave some people feeling slightly damaged in her wake.
From an early age, Genevieve took on the role of advocate. She spoke for her twin sister and younger brother, and fought for them when required, and she has long observed her mother's active role in social justice in the Wizarding World. Genevieve has a very clear idea of what is right and what is wrong, although it doesn't always extend far enough when it encroaches upon what she wants or desires. As the rest of the Branxtons are gentle and bookish, Genevieve feels keenly that her restless spirit and wild ways mark her as different, but rather than let that make her feel as if she doesn't belong to her family, it makes her feel that she alone is responsible for standing between them and the world. She is a mama bear... a grizzly mama bear who isn't afraid to eat off your face if required.
Even as a child, Genevieve had a keenly developed sense of justice and equity, as well as a sanctity about giving her word and making promises. Her father often emphasizes responsibility and commitment to a cause, leaving his children with the understanding that to put your name to something is sacred. That, combined with common bullheadness, has left Genevieve in the occasionally destructive position of making declarative statements that have consequences with which she must learn to live. For example, as a third year, Genevieve had no use for her classmates' sudden interest in boys and obsession with fashion and fripperies, and she declared to any would listen that she would never devote herself to such mundane things.
Adulthood has tempered Genevieve's personality, softening many of her sharp edges and shaping some of her better personality traits. While she is still prone to spontaneous outbursts and blustering to get her way, Genevieve has given up her all black-or-white view of the world and willingly concedes shades of grey. Her indefatigable enthusiasm and quick mind can be both a boon and a detriment - she's just as likely to get in trouble for mouthing off in front of a superior as she is to be praised for clever strategic thinking in the field.

Background: By her fifth year, Penelope had decided she wanted to be an Auror after she'd graduated. It meant she had to start focusing on her schoolwork and studying more to get the right grades for it, but she was willing to put in the extra work for it. She didn't see herself as very talented or good at a lot of things, but being an Auror was one of the very few careers she could see herself doing and enjoying for a long time. So she did whatever she could to be able to apply, also joining a 10 week training program soon after graduation. FAMILY HISTORY
Juno is part Italian and German on her maternal side. Her mother's father was from Germany, and her mother's mother was Italian. She never got the chance to meet her grandparents, however, because they died in a car crash the summer before her mother started her Sixth Year. This information was shared with her and her siblings as soon as they were old enough to understand, and while Juno wishes that she had the chance to meet them, she is happy to hear stories about them and see pictures of them.
Juno is part German and English on her paternal side. Her father’s mother, Mya Darcy, is from England as well as her parents, William and Elizabeth Bennett. Her grandmother has a twin sister named Mona, who has a daughter named Suzanne. Both are very close to Juno. Her grandmother’s parents, passed away when her father was 19 in a car accident.
Her father’s father, Ryder Darcy, was part German and part English. He was tragically murdered by Death Eaters when her father was 2 years old. Her grandfather’s parents were Ronan and Talia Darcy. Ronan was from England and Talia was from Germany. They were tragically murdered 6 months after Ryder, by their daughter, and his sister, Desdemona Darcy. She was part of the left over Death Eaters that still plagued people after all this time. She also kidnapped Juno’s father right after she killed her parents. She had him for 6 months before being caught and sent to Azkaban. She only fulfilled 5 years of her sentence before taking her own life. Esme, Juno, and their older brother River were finally told about this during the summer between the girls fourth and fifth year at Hogwarts. Some events happened that severely injured their father, which prompted him to finally tell them about it. Their father has finally accepted everything that has happened in his past and has become a more happy and peaceful person.

FIRST YEAR // PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
The first year at Hogwarts was crazy but, Juno took it in stride. Her sister however didn't take it as well. Gigantic spiders attacking the school wasn't the greatest situation for a girl like Esme, but Juno made sure she was safe and helped in the battle against the acromantulas. Of course, her mother wasn't very happy to find out that she had slayed a ton of them....being only 11 (almost 12) and all. Her father was pretty proud of her though.
SECOND YEAR // PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Juno convinced Esme to come back to Hogwarts with her and it was a great year!
There were a lot of school events happening and Juno and her twin sister participated as much as they could. The year went by swimmingly, and they enjoyed themselves completely.
Hopefully this new term Juno won't have to convince her sister to come back to Hogwarts again. She's pretty sure it won't work a second time.
THIRD YEAR // PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Juno's third year couldn't have been more lonely. At the beginning of the term, the Hag that was supposed to be teaching Divinations told her twin sister that if Juno attended the Hogsmead visits, she would be cursed and basically die. After that, Juno was too scared to go out of the dorm let alone the castle; Which was probably silly, especially after the Hag fled the school, but she didn't want to risk it.
So Juno pretty much stayed in the girls dorm when she wasn't in class. She even had her sister bring her food so she wouldn't have to see the Hag. But now that the Hag is gone and the creepy doll thing, she knows her fourth year will be a better year!
FOURTH YEAR // PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Juno's fourth year was far better, (and in some cases just as bad), than last year. She was able to get out and be around people. Though when they came back from Christmas, really strange things started happening around the school. The wild Niffler's that live in the Forbidden Forrest were going crazy and stealing things from students and teachers, and for about 3 weeks a group of students were in a trance like state searching for things, Esme being one of them.
It really scared Juno to no end. She didn't know what to do and she didn't want to tell her parents because they would have ripped them out of school immediately. But suddenly one day they were all perfectly fine and back to normal, other than not remembering anything that happened to them. Juno and Esme were each other's Valentine's and spent their birthdays together. They also got some terrible news about their father that shook them to their core. But they were told he would be ok and was already healing. Of course by the end of term, it had been discovered that the Hag was behind all the craziness!
Juno learned a lot about herself this term. If anything had happened to Esme, or her father, she never would have been able to come back from that. She would be a completely different, and not so good person. But she refuses to let that happen now. She can't wait for her fifth year at Hogwarts!
FIFTH YEAR // PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Juno's fifth year brought tons of fun and great memories! It was also her first year as Hufflepuff prefect and of course she had to take her OWLs this year as well! As prefect, Juno got to help prepare the school's Halloween party! It turned out pretty awesome!
Juno continues to do well in her studies. Her best subject of course is DADA, and she continually surprises herself in her own skills. Her father has trained her well! The most interesting thing that could have happened all term was Peeves and Miffy, the school's poltergeists, got married, and at the end of term feast a polter-child showed up! Sixth year is going to be very interesting!
SIXTH YEAR // PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Juno's sixth year was filled with action and a little romance. With a strange portal opening up leading to a parallel universe version of Hogwarts, she and her fellow prefects were put on extra patrolling to make sure that no one went inside the portal. when it was first discovered, a group of students went inside to discover a nasty, scary monster. They also discovered that their magical abilities weren't as powerful there. So once those students came out, the prefects were tasked with making sure no one else went in.
Before the first discovery of the portal, Juno met a boy. She had seen him around in classes and what not for many years, but had never really talked to him before. They started talking when they paired up in Astronomy class for a partner project. They hit it off very well. His name was Leon Kennedy and he was a seventh year Ravenclaw. They hit if off so well that they became quick friends and in pretty much every class would partner up together. Leon discovered that he had a half sister who happened to be Juno's good friend Azura Snow. Leon was in the first group that discovered the portal and he told her exactly what it was like in there. She never wanted to go in, and never wanted him to go back in ever again. The place was made of nightmares.
Soon the pair started to have feelings for each other, and just after winter break in January, Leon asked her to be his girlfriend. They spent pretty much every day with each other until a part of the portal randomly opened up on the old wood bridge and sucked two girls inside. They were only in there for a few hours, but a couple days later 3 boys were sucked in by the another part of the portal randomly opening up. They ended up being stuck inside for 5 whole days. As soon as this happened, the entire school was on lock down other than Prefects who had to escort students to and from classes and the bathrooms as well as their regular patrolling and patrolling of the Portal. This lead to Juno and Leon not being able to see each other outside of classes and meals. It was a very difficult for both of them.
The school remained on lock down until further notice. No one else went missing, until the monster came out of the portal an into the school. Two first years were taken into the portal. The entire school halted. Professors and students were diligently trying to find a way to close the portal, when they discovered that the energy from the Polter!kid Storm was the reason the portal opened in the first place. So the staff and older students devised a plan to save the first years and convince Storm to go through the portal which would make it close. Juno and Leon helped to convince him with a group of students and Professors. Once the other group came out of the portal, saving the two first years, Storm and Miffy BOTH went through the portal, leaving Hogwarts behind forever, and closing the portal.
Soon after, it was time to leave Hogwarts for summer break, but Juno was not happy to go home like she was most terms. Leon was graduating, which meant he would not be back with her in the following term. She didn't want the school year to end. Hogwarts wouldn't be the same without him. But she knew she needed to finish school if she wanted to be an Auror. Her final year at Hogwarts will be challenging, but it will prove just how strong she can be.
SEVENTH YEAR // PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Juno stepped down as prefect at the end of her sixth year so that she could focus on her studies for NEWTs. It was a very good distraction to have seeing as every bit of the castle made her think of Leon and how much she missed him. At least she got to see him on Hogsmeade weekends. Juno and Esme pretty much studied together as much as they could, and of course the made sure to make time to relax and spend time together as well as with their friends.
The IMPS challenges were very interesting and exciting that year, but Juno didn't make it to all of the challenges. Studying for her NEWTs took precedence, and she kinda forgot the dates of a couple of them.
She passed her NEWTs and graduated with top marks in most of her subjects.
CURRENT EVENTS
As soon as Juno got home from Hogwarts, Leon asked her to marry him. She of course said yes. A few weeks later they moved in together and live in an apartment in London. Juno did an Internship over the summer for the Auror Office and has now been accepted into the YATI program!

Amrita has a way with words up to the point where she checks herself, and then she promptly starts freaking out. Background:
Born the eldest daughter of a pair of uniquely intelligent parents, the need to thrive and prove herself has been in Amrita almost since birth. Her quickness on her feet led her to join sprinting teams up until she was enrolled at Durmstrang, but her agility never extended to dancing. She, as would befit a young pureblooded lady, is not necessarily bad at dancing, and can certainly hold her own, but finds much better modes of entertainment than spinning across a floor. In fact, she chooses to save her dances for people who can hold a conversation during, and claims that it is the only redeeming feature of the society she was raised into.
After her father’s death, Amrita moved into her uncle’s house with her mother and sister, and was raised between the two extremes of the doting River Malhotra and the stern Rheena Sandhu. Ronan Victor Carter was born on a snowy December morning to single mother Roxanne Carter in London, England. He was very much loved, not only by his mum, but his aunt, uncle and cousin as well. So much so, that he has never really felt the sting of his father's absence (who abandoned the mum to be the moment he found out she was pregnant), much to his mother's relief.
When Ronan was three, the family packed up and moved to Paris thanks to his mother changing jobs. He loved the new setting, finding the view from their new apartment fascinating. In fact, the first few weeks, Roxanne could hardly pull him away from the window!
Life was pretty normal for the young wizard, going to school with the Muggle children, playing around with said children after school, all the normal kid things. Still, he was ecstatic to receive his Hogwarts letter, having heard about the place all his life from his mum, uncle and eldest cousin. So it was with excitement that he boarded the train the first time, headed to the legendary castle.

Spend 3 years training as a YATI and become an auror after lots of testing, if you are proficient. MINISTRY SECURITY
Formerly part of a now defunct department once shared with the Maintenance office, the Security Office has always existed in some form or another in the British Ministry, but it is only in recent years that it has become a necessity. There are many roles in Ministry security ranging from the Wand Weighers who work in the atrium, to special event security, internal liaisons and internal investigations specialists, sentinels and level guards. Some of the security work requires specialty knowledge while other positions are entry level. Because the employees of the Security Office must work closely with Law Enforcement, and indeed are required to undergo much of the same training, the Department of Law Enforcement has recently absorbed the Security Office in order to ensure it operates to the highest of standards and the British Ministry is as well protected internally as Wizarding Britain is protected externally.

The Head of Security will oversee a security team charged with safeguarding the ministry’s assets, intellectual property, and internal communications, as well as the physical safety of employees and visitors. They will be responsible for the investigation of internal security breaches and will oversee security incident response systems within the magical government, and will assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with breaches as necessary. The Head of Security will answer to the Magical Law Enforcement Department head and liaise with other department heads as required. The Head of Security will also be able to step in and perform the roles of the security team where necessary.

Job Title: Auror/Internal Investigations Liaison/Department Liaison Employment Date: September 2076 Job Description:
Aurors are an elite magical law enforcement unit tasked with protecting the Wizarding World from dark wizards and witches. They specialise in the identification and defence against dark magic and are taught to use any means necessary to take down a dark wizard. They are licensed to use even unforgivable curses if a situation calls for it.. It takes three years of training in order to become an Auror and this is usually done at a specialised training institution, of which there are several in the Wizarding World. MLE employees in other divisions may undertake training if they wish to become an auror at the discretion of the Department Head. A Ministry Security Officer will be assigned to patrol and guard particular areas of the Ministry of Magic, or sites of ministry interest around Wizarding Britain. A Ministry Sentinel is tasked with setting defensive wards and surveillance charms throughout the Ministry of Magic and ensures the Ministry itself remains hidden from non-wizards in Muggle London. The Sentinel focuses on the security of the Ministry environment, rather than of the employees themselves. The role is to defend the Ministry from dangerous outside influences at all costs, as well as surveying the Ministry premises to ensure security issues do not arise from within. Based at the Security desk in the Atrium of the Ministry of Magic on level 8, Wand Weigher is required to use specialist magical equipment to assess, examine and identify all wands coming into the Ministry of Magic and record anomalies such as unregistered wands, or wands not registered to the bearer. WIZENGAMOT
The Wizengamot is wizarding Britain's judicial and legislative authority and serves both as high court of law and parliament. A branch of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, there are fifty members in the Wizengamot at any one time, made up of important personages of Wizarding society. They are only summoned to the ministry when required and in most cases, only a selection of the fifty will be called upon at any one time. The Wizengamot wear plum coloured robes embroidered with a silver letter W when court is in session. Aside from the Wizengamot itself, the division contains the Wizengamot Administration Services office and the British Office of Wizarding Law. The Wizengamot Administration Services office employs a court scribe to sit in on Wizengamot sessions, manage the Wizengamot roster, and work with all departments across the ministry, via the Department of Magical Law Enforcement in regards to setting court dates and hearings for offenders. The Wizengamot Comissioner oversees both the Wizengamot Administration Services Office and the British Office of Magical Law. Representing the Ministry of Magic, this role is Ministry based and requires a close working relationship with the Ministers Office and the Department of International Cooperation, as well as within the Department of Magical Law Enforcement itself.
