I love cakes, i make a mean pumpkin cake. I love patacones (i don't know the translation), you take platanos - those are like bananas, but bigger, you can eat them when they're green or ripe, at any stage they're good, don't know if you have them there - cut them in big pieces, fry them, take them out, let them cool a little then flatten them, fry again, and throw salt on them, they're delicious. | |
