I totally agree with you, btw, it's still a bit unrealistic, I mean, why should the souls of the deceased (or whatever ghosts are) run/hang/flow/whatever around in our world. Should the world around then be crowded with ghosts? Or is there actually a place like heaven or hell or whatever? A lot of questions, to which we will never find answers... | I dont get why the souls or whatever of the deceased would stay here either. I dont even know if I believe that they do stay here or whether they'd go to a parallel universe which sometimes collides with our own or somehting like that. But I think there must be something else out there, otherwise this universe isnt very developed if it consists of one inhabited planet out of millions that exist. So yeah, I think either aliens of some sort or parallel universes, or ghosts must exist in some format. Perhaps not as the typical "ghost" that everyone imagines but as something. Quote:

I just feel like I'm being watched sometimes and stuff like that. |

Mona Artemis Quigley Accidents & Catastrophes | Well, I do believe in them. I have weird blurry memories from when I was young, which could have been dreams. BUT, a couple of years ago, I was in my room dropping off to sleep, and I quite distinctly heard someone say my name, like right in my ear. I figured it was my brother or someone waking me up, so I jerked up. I looked down (my brother and I had bunk beds and I slept in the top bunk); but he was fast asleep. And so was everybody else in the house I think I turned the light on in the other room so I wouldn't be too spooked and I went back to sleep |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Cynder Mortiferus Nightgale (AKA: Magnus) | There's always a basis of truth to everything, so I believe there's something other than us out there - it would be a bit nieve to think we're all alone in such a vast universe. I mean, think of it this way, it took us millions of years to become aware that there was an entire different subspecies all around us, in the form of bacteria and microbes and other such minuscule beings which we only discovered because of microscopes. I think there's a similar kind of filter type of a thing on this stuff, so we cannot see it. Maybe, someday many, many decades or centuries from now, we will. Or heck, maybe the governments actually already know about this stuff and are keeping a lid on it. In this day and age, you really never can trust or truly know anything.
As for possible experiences... I recall an incident when I was alone one morning. I was walking down the hallway to the living room on my way out to school and was stopped dead in my tracks because an icy jolt went straight down my spine, all the way down, then back up to my neck making the hairs really stand up, then back down again. It wasn't cold, it wasn't drafty and I didn't feel any affects of adrenaline until a while after when realizing how creepy it was, so there was no physical or biological explanation for it at all.
Then I remember a while before that, different house now mind, I was sitting down in the living room minding my own business coloring stuff (I was around seven here) in the dead of night, when I noticed an orbish light came down from the top of the stairs, through the landing, down the second flight and straight out through the garage door - quite quickly. There was no street in that direction (so not a car's headlight), no neighbor who could be flashing lights - just a solid brick wall that was higher than the windows. No helicopter or plane noises either. That, admittedly, freaked me out a fair bit. |

| I 100% believe in ghosts (what a good question). I have had a personal experience but I believed in them before that anyway. When I told my personal experience to my older brothers they laughed and claimed I had made it up. Not only did I vow never to talk about it again, but telling my brothers made my memory of the event a little hazy, as though I had thought it up. But I didn't! |
