I'm left handed with VERY neat handwriting. People say "you write sooo neat to be left handed." Ummm do left handed people normally write like doctors? lol I can't write with my right hand for nothing. When I broke a finger on my left hand (broke my middle finger lol) I had to go to school and use my right hand. Well lemme tell you the teachers were just like "tell me what you think the answers are and i'll write them cuz i can't understand what you wrote." lol

Maybe they should say "you right neatly for a person who has had to overcome the innate difficulty in writing the opposite of the way a language was meant to be written - good job!"

I used to always right on the wrong side of the paper. You know how the holes on the paper are suppose to be on the left side? Yeah well I always had it on the right side. My mom would yell and yell. And I'd still do it! lol Being left handed is special! Cuz er'one else are right handers. BOOOOOO You know they have scholarships for left handed students? lol How special is that? lol

I heard that before. But like, they don't consider it to be a disability anymore. Supposedly because it is being "accomodated" nowadays. Personally, I don't think it's any different. Like, to get something the lefthanded version it costs a lot more, and it's hard to find, and GAH it's almost worse now because people have been tricked into believing that lefthandedness is accepted.

Lefty's Rule

I like lefty's but i dont have a clue how you can write with your left. I watch my brother (He's a lefty) and i dont know how on earth he can do it.

That's why I love being a lefty. It confuses people. It confuses the heck out of them. In three of my classes (it's the same class that travels together to those three), there're six lefties. Two of them have impossibly illegible handwriting, one of whom writes with his hand hooked way above the line of writing. Me and one of the other girls have decent handwriting (for anybody *indignant*), we just let the ink or lead get on our hands: there's really no way of avoiding it. And the remaining buy and girl just...well, I don't know what they do. But being a lefty certainly helps me out when I'm singing the song "Minority" (I wanna be a minority/I don't need your authority/Down with the moral majority/I wanna be the minority)...lol. I don't know if that answered your question, though. It's just one of those things...and handicap, if you will (it used to be considered one), that you just have to get used to. If it means that we have to do things the "wrong" way, then so be it.

I am strongly left handed but I can use my right hand to write sometimes. I use it always when using scirros to cut things!

I'm a lefty. I write in a real wierd way. I mean, I bend my wrist and my hand is in this 'U' shape while writing. lol. And that really fascinates/confuses people! Otherwise, I hold my badminton racket in my right hand and I play (like throwng a ball or holding a racket) with my right hand. I can right and draw pretty well with both my hands...

I can write with my left if need be, it doesn't look the best, but it is a lot better then most peoples reg. writing.
I tie my shoe's left handed, I didn't notice until someone asked me about it -- Its b/c my mom is a lefty.
And I can use my toes, not really to write but I pick things up w/ them all the time.

Right handed is what i am and when i do write with my left hand its not english i am writing lol

I'm right-handed but it would be cool if I could write with both hands. When I write with my left hand it's just unreadable.

I'm totally ambi (I use both). I can do anything with either my left or right equally legibly, but its not as cool as people think it would be. I never got out of doing schoolwork if I hurt my either of my hands.
